Defiant security lights
The lights are bright, but they don’t last long. If you are lucky you will get a few years before they stop working. It’s a bummer to replace them with a better product when you could have bought that the first time. I own HD stock, but so e of their products are very cheap and don’t last.

This light is very bright and easy to install. The only problem I have is that even if you max out the timer it still goes off too quickly. I’m not sure it is worth the money now. I paid almost 100.00 for it. I will be replacing with a hard wire unit and moving this one to another location. Maybe a longer duration time-out and bigger battery would make it better.

Don't waste your money
For a outdoor light should be waterproof on the sensor head. Had about 2 weeks had one storm come thru and got water in the sensor head and now the piece of junk doesn't work properly now

Junk
This light works for a few days, then will stop working. I did one exchange and had the same issue. I tried to call the customer service line for support and again got no support. Do not waste your money on this product and Home Depot does NOT stand behind it.

Over 2years amazing light
Have 3 of the 3 headed model, 2 of them over 2 years old never had a problem with any of them simple to put up took a day to charge (thank you Az) lots of critters at my place love these lights

Doesn't Work
I bought this light and installed it on my shop. After installing, while directly in front of it still on the ladder, it came on in test mode. However when walking around in front of it, it would not activate. So I went back and exchanged it for another one. Exact same issue. So now I'm going to go return this one and look for a different manufacturer from a different store. These are cheaply made and have a high mark up.

I was worried being Solar powered the light wouldn’t be bright enough for my dark area. But it is very bright and perfect for my dark shed!

DO NOT PURCHASE
I did exactly what the instructions said to do but after 7 days of it charging in the sun all day, IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! It should not take no more that 2 days of full sun to charge the battery and to freaking work.....

Great bright light,,,, to bad it doesn't work like it is suppose to. The range radius and the distance it has aren't accurate.Maybe a new accurate sensor is the answer. Hope they correct the defects in this product

Nice and bright
That is all that I can say about this solar light. The specs aren't accurate. The 180 degree radius and 40 ft. distance sites not apply. I have adjusted the sensor several times and still the same results. It did not pick me up when I walked directly into it. It picked me up a couple of times from the side but that was it. Thought I may have had it mounted too high on the house, so I placed it on the garage with the same results. Very Disappointing

Worked for 3 days
This light worked for 3 days, stopped working, now I can’t reprogram. It just won’t work. Of course I threw my receipt away as soon as I got it to work, box and all. It’s was a little difficult to program it the first time. Don’t recommend this product

Dissatisfied

defiant has never worked in Florida east side sun
i had an electrician hardwire the Motion security Led Light and it has never worked we even put C batteries in it and still does not work and in Florida there should not be an issue
