The cap that holds the lenses in is stuck on with a bit of super glue. The whole thing just broke apart and all the lenses went everywhere on the floor. Such a poor product.

Product was larger than recommended bore hole size. Wouldn’t fit- thus a $2000.00 door is ruined,

Great view, easy to install

Easy to install, good quality, and great view.

Works great and was easy to install. Definitely pre-drill both sides of the door with a smaller drill for a smoother/straighter drilling experience with the 5/8" drill. Cosmetically it would be nice have a decorative ring for the "inside" end of the viewer, but it's not a deal breaker.
