Nice looking and functional. Install carefully.
Very functional and nice looking. We've installed two of these in our bathrooms. Fairly easy to install but a) make sure you completely stretch out the template guide on the wall when marking the holes for the screws; and b) don't completely tighten anything until you get the rack to sit flush against the wall.

Hardest Installation Ever
From the start the installation it was hard. The template is a foldable piece of paper that took me forever to tape to the wall. And getting everything aligned right so it didn't pop off the wall took me hours and multiple sessions.

To the children of the designer…
Having just finished installing this rack, I really want you to know that your mom or dad is really bad at their job. The design of this wall mount is an abomination. If I could go back in time and tell myself from 4hrs ago what I was about to go through, I would tell me not to by this very nice looking towel hanger.

Love it, but it would have been better if the anchors shown on the package were actually included. The ones included did not work & we had to go buy the correct ones which were the ones shown on the directions.

read the instructions carefully, particularly focusing on #6. now, look at template. lower rack with hooks installed first. set screws very tiny. close toilet, sink drain, bath or shower drain before starting installation.

OMG way too much of a pain in the A>>...
OMG way too much of a pain in the A>> impossible to get all four mounts on at the same time! Looks wonderful but installation is impossible.

I love this rack. A lot of reviews say it's hard to install. I must say that you really need to pay attention. Use the template or you will be lost. I made sure to align the rack with the template. Made sure all was level and made sure that I drilled my holes exactly where marked. Even with is the final attaching the rack to the mounts was tricky. Don't force it and stay calm and put at different angles and it will go in. Seems well made and the finish matches with my other brushed nickel fixtures in the bathroom.

I liked this so much I bought another for my master bathroom. Bought together with the 5 bar Wall-Mounted towel rack. They look great together. Not too hard to put together and the nice template they provide makes it easy to locate the fastener locations. Looks really nice!

Garbage!
I read the reviews ahead about installation problems. I’ve been working on home my whole life so figured it would not be hard. Wrong! The design is complete garbage. Unless you have all 4 attachment spots exactly perfect it will not go on. Returning this today. Run from this product, save yourself hours of frustration.

It's very pretty and looks like we want it to look, but it's not very stable because it doesn't anchor well to the the brackets against the wall. We've had to rehang it within the month.

Difficult to install
The rack is well made and looks good after installation. I would have given it 5 stars if someone else had installed it. I have done installations in our homes for over 40 years so I have some experience and the right tools. Looking at the instructions it appears simple as a template is provided for drilling the mounting brackets. The bracket mounting screws and brackets must be precise for the rack to fit. The template does not provide this degree of accuracy. I finally got it installed by loosening the mounting screws a bit to allow the brackets to move. This movement allowed the brackets to finally fit. Tolerance is way too close between brackets and the rack frame. Good luck.
