We successfully installed this unit in a basement bathroom remodel. It turned out beautifully. Several negative reviews could be resolved by a few simple changes by Delta. 1)The installation video does not match this exact model. 2)Improve the instructions, 3)Add stickers to identify the glass panel and panel position, 4)The 2 magnetic gaskets must be pulled out about 1/8-1/4" each so they 'catch' and keep the door closed. The 38 inch wide by 72 inch tall Neo-Angle Pivot door is a good quality door, easy to install, and very nice looking. The door comes with nice hinges, nice trimming around the glass, and the handle is easy to install. The door, and glass are heavy, would highly recommend two people for the installation. The door has a good seal to help keep the water in the shower.

I am pleasantly surprised with how much I actually like the tinted glass on this, I thought it'd be kind of dated in appearance, but it is subtle will complement dark tile very nicely and go well with the luxe moodiness I'm going for in our second floor bath! I like that is space saving with angled design, contemporary but still somewhat minimal (it doesn't really look 'frameless' though), but still roomy enough to be enjoyable to use. The black finish on the hardware matches the black Delta fixtures I've already picked out. The glass is 6mm, which is nearly 1/4" and tempered. It must be strong because the packaging was minimal and even though it shipped upright on a pallet, the packaging was real banged up and the entire thing was falling out the bottom, yet nothing was damaged! The installation looks straight forward as long as you're starting with plumb and level. Took a while to get because the first was damaged in shipping, but the delivery company was great.

This is a great looking shower enclosure, but it comes with a terrible installation guide! None of the pieces were labeled, and the template that was included was so far off it was useless. Thankfully I had a great helper with me and we were able to get the shower enclosure all installed and it is really great looking! I would definitely not try to install this if you are just a beginner with home products. And the box was very badly damaged in the shipping. Thankfully nothing broke!

Looks great, but it leaks like crazy without tons of caulking. The magnetic strip is constant leak even with ton of caulking. I hope it doesn’t shatter like other reviews in a few months. Regret buying this. Try somthing else without design flaws.

The side glass that the door mounts to pulls out of the channel. The weight of the door combined with no track across the top attaching the door top frame back to the wall allows a lot of stress at the top of the glass channel that runs down the wall. We have had the unit installed for approx 6 months. We purchased it a Home Depot. Will Delta provide a replacement glass panel with the aluminum channel so this can be repaired? I am considering pulling this glass kit out and purchasing a new.

The shower system appears to be a good buy at first, however when comparing it to a kit we bought from a local supplier, the delta glass was much thinner and the seamless look is ruined by the plastic door seals you must use to get the door to stay closed. The strips have magnets on them and are horrible to get on properly. Despite our best efforts and great job with silicone application, a tiny bit of water still escapes where the plastic seal meets the hardware. Not to mention the entire door shattered when we still had a ways to go to tighten the door handle. Delta would not replace it so we were forced to buy a new unit. The glass enclosure I purchased locally not only was much better quality, it cost less as well.

My shower setup wasn’t 100% perfect or plum. This shower enclosure conformed to my particular scenario. One thing I would like to see on this shower enclosure is rounded hinge corners and straight installation. Preinstalled hinges were not straight and I was not ready to take them apart and make my job longer/harder…it worked as it was. Lastly, my wife said she found the bottom strip on the bathroom floor one morning. Haven’t seen it for myself yet so I know what to fix. Lastly, I have an active leak but that’s due to the trash caulk I purchased. It is truly pure TRASH, it has nothing to do with the enclosure itself. Overall, it’s a very solid and beautiful enclosure I would buy again. Just make sure you use the template and check your markings more than 3 times.

I bought this from Home Depot on 5 June 2022 and has no real issues with the installation. I installed over a pre-existing base, so I was very careful on the dimensions. It comes with a cardboard cutout to align the enclosure walls properly and I think this is critical for successful installation. Everything works great and water tight as far as I can tell so far.

I bought this enclosure 5 June 2022 mainly because it dimensionally was a great match for my old, pre-existing base. The installation went well. The cardboard cutout was essential to line up the walls and that worked really well. My magnetic door works well - no issues yet anyways. Delta support helped me as well. All in all very happy with the purchase!

Because it is frameless, the glass starts pulling away from the wall channel every time you open the door. There is nothing supporting the door other than the vinyl channels holding the glass in. It would be improved if it were not frameless. Add a top channel that holds everything in place. It also leaks. Do not buy!

Chose this unit for the reason that the bathroom it was going in was small. Installing the glass panels and doors was fairly easy...because we made sure all the components were square and plumb! Read and understand directions before you begin.

The seals are no good Just to start a few days ago and it’s been leaking since water slides from seals nun stop I have sent a review once but put the wrong email

The seal Off the doors are no good just installed days ago and there has been liking ever day since know i have to take all the work done to take back to get something else hopefully they give me a full refund

Bought this 5 year ago and this is what happened tonight. it shattered when someone opened the door and there are multiple cuts on his leg!!

Been using this door for a week wonder if everyone have the same issue. Glass keep popping out of the frame

Was so excited to finally get my shower door installed today. I wish I would have read the reviews first. The magnetic closer is so weak it will not hold the door close. Complete waste of money and time.

After a couple hours adjusting every possible angle, I still can’t get the magnetic strip to connect to each other. I’m aware of the importance of having correct angles for them to line up. In my 50 year old studio, you can only do so much with the walls you have. Save time a frustration and buy something with a better latch system. Otherwise I was happy with how the enclosure was going.

I read all reviews and others warnings and still thought I could make this shower work. Despite having help from a plumber and handyman this door kept popping out of the wall and the door would not shut.

Fast shipment and in great condition. Really like it on my new addition bathroom. Had to order 2x because the first did not have middle part.

Beautiful. The 2 guys installing it had a difficult time, though. Biggest concern byiby far is the door magnet. It was all they could do to adjust it many, many times to get it to barely hold. Was installed on tile base the guys made.

This is a very nice looking shower door assembly and it worked well for about 3 years. One night the door shattered in the middle of the night without any cause. I suspect that there is a manufacturing defect with this product or it is a poor design.

NOT for the inexperienced DIY-er. I gave it five stars because I have an awesome installer and contractor. MANY adjustments were made. My contractor had plenty of issues with the shower design and instructions, but was able to tweak the instructions and was experienced and innovative enough to make the end results come out near perfect. NO LEAKS and LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!! We also read through all advise given from the more experienced Home Depot reviewers. I advise you to do the same. I do wonder how long the shower doors will hold up, but it sure looks great as of today. (Shower, shower pan, shower head, wall tile and toilet all from Home Depot!)

Dangerous When I hung the door, it wouldn't line up and close right. Turns out, the weight of the door pulls the plate glass right out of it's frame. There is no mechanical fastener to hold the side panels into the frame. I don't know if there is a glue that would be reliable in the hot steamy environment of a shower. Considering the weight of the plate glass door that seems very risky to me. In another review, the owner reported coming home to broken glass. I bet it just pulled out of the frame. I am returning mine, and I predict this model will go out of production after someone gets hurt and files a lawsuit. Home Depot, please discontinue this model.

I installed this a month ago and the installation was a breeze. It's a solid enclosure and very nice looking. I had a few issues getting leaks to stop but all it took was some extra caulk. Now, a little over a month after installation, the door will not seal. It sealed fine at first, but now the bottom of the door has a gap even with multiple attempts at realigning the seal.

Bought in September, 2018 but finally completed installation by the contractor in early November, 2018. Worked great for the first 2 weeks when suddenly the door won't close. The magnet strips on the door won't mate. Made several attempts to readjust and realign the strips but somehow the problem persisted. Very frustrating since no one can use the shower with the door propped open about 1/4" to 3/8". For some reason it appears the door encountered resistance somewhere because it just bounces back when pushed to close. Another dilema is the void space at the door's bottom left corner (when facing it from inside the shower) created by the horizontal and vertical plastic strips. Water leaks out through the opening thereby posing a serious concern. Finally contacted Delta Customer Support for help both via email and p

Part for the shower wall was too short company responded to two emails and then nothing. no recommendations or replacement parts. Shower looks great but it is not sturdy the doors and walls are very shaky. I researched this and chose this one because of the reviews but over all Im not happy with product or how the company handled my complaints. This bathroom was remodeled so my handicap son would have better access.
