This faucet was professionally installed in June in a totally renovated kitchen and it has developed an issue that is very annoying: the sprayer just pops off and hangs loose. I tried touching the base instead of the arc but to no avail. Also, the sprayer will not attach to the spout after it has been pulled down to spray clean the sink. Very disappointing.

Installed in March 2020. By 2021 the handle was leaking when the faucet "automatically" shut off. Also, seems to require batteries more often than advertised. that being said while visitors admire the features, I'm reluctant to recommend because of short quality life span. It is definitely convenient while cooking and reducing mess on the faucet. The photo is my troubleshooting technique to find the source of the leak as I had puddles of water around my sink. Purchased this product and had it installed 3 weeks ago. The head droops. The magna tight connection doesn't hold at all. Very disappointed in this product.

I purchased this faucet TWICE. Both came with two tone stainless steel colors. The neck and handle of the faucet is darker than the rest of the faucet. I ordered Artic Stainless Now I have been on hold with Delta for 2-hours hoping to speak with someone. I already sent in an email. Don't buy this faucet.

The faucet is robust and easy to operate. The box includes all required accessories for its installation. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that water gives (non permanent) dark stains is left on the faucet surface and not wiped immediately. In fact, we did not purchase the black finished one because friends warned us that dried water droplets would leave a stain on the surface, which are even more visible on a dark finish. It's probably because of the slightly glossy finish of our faucet. The dark spots come off easily whenever you wipe them off, I just thought it wouldn't be that visible on a stainless steel surface.

I bought this faucet 5 years ago and was very excited about the touch feature at that time. After about 2-3 years, the faucet for began to wear out. The pull out section did not go back in easily and it just got worse and worse. Now the area where the pull out section meets the rest of the faucet is all rusty and it doesn’t go back in at all. It just hangs there. Also, some kind of rubber ring inside the faucet head has crumbled away. The pull out hose is rusted as well. Very disappointed with this product.

I’m really disappointed after a few months, the cold led sensor has quit working. Trying figure it out with out tearing it apart. Other then must be cheap led components, we like the faucet. Help

I have owned this faucet for a few years and while it is a good faucet and I have had no problems with the touch technology, I am going to be replacing it very soon. The reason for replacing it is because the hose that connects to the sprayer has been rusting out for about a year now and the magnet that holds it secure has finally rusted all the way and fallen off. It looks horrible now due to the rust and the sprayer will not stay secured to the faucet arm anymore because of the magnet disintegrating and falling off. It basically just hangs there and looks pitiful. I feel like there must be a design issue that causes some sort of magnetic/electronic issue which has caused this rust problem. For this reason alone, I do not think I can recommend this faucet to others. I paid entirely too much money for this product to have to replace it after only a few years of use. Unfortunately, I do not have the original receipt, box or anything. If I did, I think I would at least try to return it as a defect or something. I am not sure there is anything I can do at this point beside pay out of pocket again to replace it.

Pretty color. The only reason I gave it a four is because the water spots show pretty bad if you don't keep them cleaned off.

Works great and easy to install

Love this faucet! The touch technology is wonderful! The finish is beautiful (SS) and it makes my stainless steel sinks look new. Love that the water heats up so much faster when you leave the handle in the hot position so I’m not wasting a lot of water.

I bought this a few years ago and I never expected this to happen to a Delta faucet. Looking at some of the reviews I see its not only mine. This is an expensive faucet regardless of any excuses from the company which I have read under reviews, this should not have happened.

I have had the faucet for 2 years, and it has worked great. However, the magnet which holds the faucet when it is retracted has rusted out. The faucet is obviously designed to be installed in a wet location, so I am surprised that there are parts of the faucet which corrode with normal use. So, the faucet currently hangs down and can not retract because the magnet is gone. The touch on/off feature works great though.

Battery life seems to last 2-3 months of use. That's 6 AA I wonder if this unit is defective to drain batteries. I see an AC plug available at $$ 50+ should be included for 500 + faucet. Solenoid failed at 2.5 years. Fortunately delta replace under warranty. I am just neautral about recommending. Appearance is attractive.

We bought this faucet when we remodeled our kitchen and think it's great. With small children, the touch feature is very nice, and the multiple pressure sprayer settings are great. We do have an issue with the inside of the faucet base starting to rust out, which was surprising. After close to 3 years of normal use, we started to see rust dust on the sprayer when we pulled it out, and now it keeps coming, but the faucet isn't leaking, so we aren't sure what is happening. We are hoping Delta Customer Service will help address the issue with the unit, but we were surprised to have issues after just barely 3 years of use.

Great quality, features and design. Easy to install.

I had this faucet since June of 2017. In January of 2018, the blue light stopped working. I assumed it was a battery issue so I purchased the optional power cord. This did not help. My wife loves the faucet but this is a problem for my kids who rely on it to not put their hands under the faucet when it is red

Beautiful faucet

The faucet was not even close to the internet picture. serious quality control problems as the parts were different in each sections of the faucet (went from brassy looking to almost dark bronze color). We paid over $100 to buy matching pieces for the sink drains which were the right colors but do not match the faucet. It seems high priece not equal quality! Waiting to see how Home Depot is going to handle this asit was part of a $6000+ granite counter top project.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Facuet, but EXCELLENT customer service!!! We had this facuet installed about two years ago when the house was being built. The touch feature stooped working and Delta sent another solenoid right away. This was a newly designed solenoild which did not require and adapter. Unfortunately in removing the adapter, the tip with o-ring pulled off. I could not find one locally so I called Delta again. I was told this was a non replaceable part and they would send a new facuet. That was not only a pleaant surprise, they also overnighted it and I had it the next morning. Removing the old one and installing the new was quite simple, with easy instructions included ,it took less than an hour. I would recommend making this piece inexpensive piece replaceable, most of all I would recommend adding 3-4 inches to the length of the line. It was already short and without the adapter, it is too short to fit lower than most sinks, making access and room to work very diffcult.

Absolutely love my Delta Addison faucet. So happy I went with the oil rubbed bronze for my newly remodeled kitchen. It was more expensive but it gives me the look I want. I have had similar faucets for other homes I've owned. This is top quality and works works well. We did have our plumber install it. I would highly recommend it! I bought two soap dispenser one on each side of the faucet for dish soap and hand soap. Love, love, love these products!

I searched high and low for a Gold faucet ( Champagne Bronze) that met my decorating desires, it took months and I did not want to settle for anything other than gold (Champagne Bronze) and from DELTA, a trusted faucet manufacturer...we had this professionally installed and the plumber commented on the quality and ease of installation. It is the jewel of my kitchen, making everything look better. The flow and pressure are perfect, as is the sprayer and the magnatite docking make doing dishes a pleasure. I recommend this to others who are searching for a faucet that makes you smile every time you use it.

We were looking for a faucet that would help to keep the back granite counter from getting constantly soaked. The touch feature reduces the need to reach back over the back granite counter with wet hands. I also positioned the handle in the center facing the sink to further limit the water. I like the magnetic nozzle snapping into place as well. All the parts feel well made but the electrical components look delicate. I was concerned that there was no thin "O" ring washer provided between the counter and the faucet stem. I hope it does not leak. I installed it myself and it was straight forward with the help of clear instructions. Everyone in the house is enjoying it thus far. I am concerned about all the negative reviews but hoping it works for a long time.

The faucet was professionally installed and it's works great. It very nice, paid more to get the stainless steel finish so that it matches the appliances. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

It came with everything you need to install it, including tools and batteries. To be honest, I do not se why one would hire a professional to have it installed, the instructions are very simple and clear and is only a matter of 2 water lines and 2 wires. If you know how to plug your headphones in a jack you know how to install the controls for this faucet. The only difficult part was to bend the water lines. I was afraid not to kink them, but with care I was able to make a ~4 “ radius loop. Actually the lines are much less susceptible to kinking that I was afraid (but still you have to be careful and take your time). I did not like the way is recommended to leave the batteries hanging by the wire (if too short) or put them on the cabinet floor. So I used velcro to hang the battery pack on the underside of the counter top wood base, away from cabinet walls and metal surfaces (like the sink). Works great, I am very happy with the design and operation. The deciding factor for choosing this facet from competitors was the operation, the electric valve is upstream from the manual one, thus on the touch feature the water temperature and volume is as you adjust it from the manual controls. Two small complaints: 1. I find it a bit difficult to get the desired water temperature, the previous faucet was more progressive, this one has a wide range of the movement cold and hot and the transition between is very narrow. 2. I wish a wall adapter option was available instead of the batteries (and I understand why). I am yet to find out how long the batteries will last, but I just don’t like the idea of batteries.

I love the new faucet because it is so nice! I love everything about it. I couldn't install it myself but my son did it for me. It would have taken me hours to do it because I would have been trying to figure it out and it was too confusing for this senior citizen. It took him a couple of hours to install it. It works perfectly!!! I have used it a few weeks now and I still love it. I hope it lasts as long as my old one did. I would replace it with the same one, unless something better comes along. You never know, lol

We purchased this faucet in venetian bronze for our kitchen remodel this past spring. It is one of my very favorite new things! Using this faucet is SO easy...I love the handle and the pull down sprayer! I really didn't think I would care that much about changing from my old style with a separate spray attachment, but this makes cleaning almost a delight! I smile every time I use it! One thing I am not sure they mention in the description is that there is a little button just above the sprayer one that increasaes the water flow. When you first turn it on, it must be a water conservation thing...but the flow is not that good until you press that button. It still isn't wonderful, but I think that is as designed for water conservation purposes. It is adequate.

We have been using this faucet for 2 months now and it works great. I was skeptical about buying it after reading the totally opposite reviews on it but went ahead and couldn't be happier. As per the manual, we have the battery pack away from the things under the sink as well as the cabinet walls. The touch feature works almost flawlessly. Occasionally, it needs a second tap to turn on or off or may be too sensitive while I reach past it not wanting to activate it. But that is so infrequently, it won't stop me from installing in my bathrooms when the time comes. You will also develop the required "feel" of the tap that works best. I highly recommend this faucet.
