Priced right for the features. Wanted a fan strong enough to exhaust the air from shower or bathroom use. This was a replacement to an existing fan that quit working after 35 years of use. Using the Home Depot website it was easy find a replacement that would fit the existing opening, the installation took less than an hour start to finish and the fan works great. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I installed this fan in a bathroom that did not have a previous fan. Install required me to go in the attic which was unfortunate since I thought install would be a little easier. Overall it is super quiet. It does start off a bit louder but quiets down quickly. I have yet to have steam in the bathroom with this little fan on. Bathroom is 10' x 5' approximately. couldn't install in downstairs due to the the plate needing to be screwed into the joist and the ceiling is finished. Mine has an indicator light that is green to show when it is functioning. My electric was completed by a professional.

Very pleased with this exhaust bath fan. The light is soft and easy on your eyes and the best feature in my opinion, is the low noise fan. You can barely hear it when it's on. It also looks clean and sleek. The light looks really bright in the pic, but it's a very soft light. The only thing I dislike, is the fact that you can't have the fan on without the light being on. However, it does state that the light is dimmable so all we need to do is change out the switch.

Great product !...as advertised, very whisper quiet fan design and evacuates shower steam very efficiently so as to avoid all mirror fogging . If you're handy at all the installation is not bad at all. The LED light is very bright providing a lot of extra lighting for my shower and toilet area. I have used for a couple weeks so far. Also, I'd like to say that The Home Depot's website, as I worked through the research and ordering process was absolutely excellent ! I will definitely explore any future household needs through them...far better than any other home product website I have used and I would also buy more Delta Breez products going forward. Very happy with this inexpensive light/fan combo. The fan is quiet, but not as quiet as the Panasonic models (at 3 times the price). And the light is bright, which was needed in our small bathroom. It was a standard install, which was a little tricky in our dropped ceiling and required us to build some framing. Tip: screw on the electrical housing before mounting - it's a tiny screw and a pain to set.

Exhaust fan is very quiet & LED light is bright enough for our bath. Will save money in electric bill.

My contractor installed my exhaust fan so I can't speak to the ease of installation but he said there were no complications. As far as the light/exhaust fan goes, I love it. The fan is so quiet I wonder if it at all works. I took a hot 15 mins. shower and sure I got some steam lingering in the bathroom when I was done but it cleared up in a couple of minutes and all my walls and ceiling was dry. Before the exhaust fan my walls would be wet for over half an hour and my ceiling was grossly wet with water drips. Yes, gross brown water on my ceiling and I would have to wipe it off with a towel. My new exhaust fan works beautifully and no more gross brown water drips from my ceiling. The light is nice and bright. I had the exhaust fan/light combo installed pretty close to my shower so this is the only light I use when I shower. It's nice that I don't have to turn on the other lights to shower anymore. So glad I bought this!!

Small size - excellent flow when used with proper ducting - Very quiet - Good Value

A very quiet fan. Buyer beware however, this fan is really meant for new construction. I replaced an existing fan and had to modify in order to install from below. The fan housing has mounting wings on both sides that makes it impossible to just slide up into the opening. I had to saw mine off in order to insert in the opening. It would have been easier from above except this was a first floor bath with no access from above. It does run nicely and very quietly.

Other than having to crawl up into the attic and balance myself between the rafters, the exhaust fan was extremely easy to install and have up and running in a relatively short period of time. I purchased an additional fan to have on hand for replacement of another bathroom fan. The fan has an extremely low noise level and has done a great job of exhausting the air in the bathroom.

I’ve set the switch in the middle and all the way on both directions and doesn’t ever auto shutoff. I wouldn’t factor this into the price or need. But I did like how easy it was to install after construction.

I bought 4 of these a few years ago and none of them are still working. They should last 15 years instead they last about 4 years. Planned obsolescence. don't buy delta.

Insanely quiet equipment. My suggestion would be to be aware of how your current fan is attached. My mistake was thinking it was internal. Not the case, flanges on outside from old one and ironically the new one too. So had to cut ceiling drywall and patch.

Our home was built in 1970. Apparently it must not have been up to code to use the same bathroom ceiling fan in both bathrooms? And they needed to sound like a jet engine to meet code? These new fans are REALLY quiet and they are the SAME model. What an idea right? Great product. Great service.

This unit replaced an exact fan. The other fan light quit and was not able to get just the light replacement. Fan is really quiet and has run for hours. Really like the fan but wish there would be a replacement light that did not cost as much as complete unit.
