I had access in the attic to install this in my bathroom. Installation went fine. The unit did not come with electrical grommets for the wiring, so make sure you have 1 or 2.Also you'll need screws to mount the unit if mounting to ceiling joists.With it all connected, the unit is nice and quiet, plenty of suction for the shower vapor.The light is enough for the room.

Absolutely delightful in so many ways... Installation was quick and easy, and almost all the necessary parts were included. One exception what that a knockout wire clamp is not included, so you'll want to make sure to pick one up. It's worth noting that this fan requires three switches. Keep that in mind for your install. It's quiet - so quiet the noise of your shower will drown out the fan, leading you to question whether you turned it on. LEDs are included, so no need to pick up bulbs. The nightlight is brighter than I want at night... perhaps it will be perfect for you?

Alittle tricky to install, had to get electrician but looks very nice and OH SO QUIET!!! Really like it.

Easy to install but light is not very bright.

The light is very bright and the fan moves the air nicely, BUT after just 3 weeks it is already developing a high pitched squeal and squeak..

The performance was good, and noise level good. However, retrofit installation could be simpler designed. I did a retrofit installation in my other bathroom with another brand, Panasonic. It surprised how much easier the installation was than this Delta model.

Superior product

Great fan for the price. No longer have steamed up mirrors! Description said quiet. Not as quiet as I expected, but a huge improvement from our 25 year old exhaust fan! Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Unit does a great job of venting bathroom and is tremendously quieter than old unit it replaced.

Installation was easy. Requires 3 switches (fan, night light, full light) which are wired differently than usual, so it may require some electrical work if you're replacing an old fan.

The fan more than meets our expectations. It is very efficient in removing humidity from the shower, and it is so quiet one almost has to strain to hear it run.

The grill looks extremely cheap, but does a good job!

"Virtually silent" is so true. A straightforward install, the only issues were due to this being a retrofit and getting the old fan out and subsequent damage to the vent duct. This does a good job for clearing out steam in a 95 SqFt bath so there's no fogged mirror. The LED is quite bight, can't comment on the night light feature as our switching situation didn't allow for it to be connected. Been running for about 2 weeks now and no complaints, overall, a quality product.

Super quiet and easy to install

Very quiet and works well. Light is bright and clean. We installed with a timer switch which works great for our bathroom. We chose not to install the nightlight function.

Bathroom fan & light unit was easy to install in place of old unit. Operation of fan not as quiet as I was expecting. Installed unit looks great.

After several weeks of back and forth with the company trying to troubleshoot why the LED light would not dim (buying different dimmer switches, paying professionals to install them), I finally demanded to have it replaced. Another Delta Breez representative finally came clean and admitted that they couldn’t replace it because they were having a problem with ALL their dimmable LED lights due to a problem with their manufacturer in China. Yet they continue to market the product as dimmable! If you want the dimmable LED feature, do not buy!

Easy to install. Very bright light and very quiet. Pulls lot's of air and very quiet! Have to check the green LED in the fan to make sure it's on (sometimes). I wonder why they don't sell this model in store. Free delivery and well packed for shipment, so no problem.
