A beautiful design that will compliment any bathroom,attention to detail was not compromised.this toilet tissue holder is very easy to install , great instructions and mounting hardware. I like the extra bar for assistance,especially when my kids like to unwind the whole roll .the durability should last a long time ,unless she decides to change the bathroom decor again. I recommend this product.

The Decor Assist toilet paper holder by Delta is a high quality holder. It is easy to install and has easy instructions for installation. Anyone with a basic knowledge of tools should be able to install this holder. It has a lifetime warranty and is able to support up to 300 lbs. It has a stylish design I choose this toilet paper holder because of its design and looks.

I was skeptical when I originally obtained and installed a Delta toilet paper holder with assist bar. Over time I found the item to be a practical benefit in the bathroom, especially for someone with some mobility issues. So I got this one for another bathroom. These paper holders with assist bar may not fit every bathroom, but if location is not an issue, I would rather have one than not. I have the same complaints that I had with my initial project installation. The installation instructions are not real clear and could be improved. One side must be installed in a stud but the other side would have to be installed in the drywall. Hardware is provided to mount the non-stud side to provide the necessary weight load. However, there is an elevated level of difficulty in installing the "non-stud" mounting side.There is no "mounting template" which contributes to the aggravation with poor installation instructions. However, it is not beyond the ability of an average "do it yourself" project. Once correctly installed the paper holder looks good and provides a handy assist bar. As I said, this is my second Delta holder and the finished installed product mitigates the initial aggravation with the installation instructions. In other words, it was worth the effort. I still give it a 4 out of 5 because of the poor instructions and the use of small allen screws to tighten the fixture to the mounting hardware.

Delta has impressed me once again with another high quality, highly functional product. I installed a new tub and shower in the main bathroom so I decided to upgrade some of my bathroom accessories. I am extremely impressed with this toilet paper holder/assist bar. It's heavy duty and serves two purposes at the same time. I particularly like the 7/8 inch diameter assist bar. Far too many assist bars are too large in diameter for many people to comfortably and safely use but this one is just right for any size hand. I selected the chrome model to go with all the new Delta chrome products I installed in my new bath/shower. The chrome finish is excellent, which is something I can't say about all chrome products. This is a high quality, high strength product and I can honestly recommend it to anyone looking for an appealing and functional toilet paper holder that also doubles as an assist bar.

This is a very sturdy and good looking toilet paper holder. I like the more traditional style which was perfect for my half bathroom. The color is spot on and matches my Kohler fixtures well. Installation is pretty easy. Packaging and instructions are clear and I don't have anything else that I would recommend or desire to be different or better on this product.

So the instructions weren't really clear at first because it talks about stud installations and non stud installations. But in a residential setting you probably won't have two studs 6 inches from each other. So what you really need to do is find at least one stud, install the first hole into that, and then drill a 1" hole for the non stud side, and use the included non stud materials to hold it in sturdy. After that the rest was easy! And it's really cool. Love the style and that it double as an extra toilet paper holder, and assist bar. It's really sturdy and works great, and it's easy to change out the toilet paper! Overall a great product.

Woah is this Delta Decor Assist Transitional Toilet Paper Holder with Assist Bar HEAVY DUTY. We are mounting it on the side of our vanity once I reinforce the side panel since it is an assist bar. The thing I love about this piece is that the toilet paper rod is a tilt up rod and not one of those spring loaded rods that always seems to never have one end properly put back in place. That said, the finish is a superb slick oil rubbed bronze finish that should (with high hopes) be easy to wipe off the powdery toilet paper dust that wreaks havoc on us with our current hardware. This should also help the little ones have something to hold onto and balance when using the facilities. Pretty well pleased with this one.

+ far heavier and heavier-duty than the price (and in my experience, Delta) would suggest +/- one aluminum 3"? toggle for drywall necessitates one end go into a stud I've become wary of Delta from the shower heads I've gotten from them; this isn't uniquely a Delta issue as many fixture companies will cheap-out wherever possible, but this thing is unassailably heavy, durable, and just to reassure you it's Delta, from underneath it looks like the roll (not grab) bar is hollow sheet metal, though it's just a cutout forming a small, indestructible sheath. That said, ADA grab bars seem to universally mount on 3"(?) discs, and aftermarket discs plus aluminum toggles that go behind the drywall can be found here relatively cheap. These mount on ~1"x1" proprietary plates; one "standard" aluminum toggle is included, which necessitates mounting one end on a stud. This is an imperfect solution for my new-build 96"-on-center overpriced pos house, but I'd prefer not to test the toggle-plate capacity, so this goes up when I put wall studs in my house the contractor must have forgotten about. Be wary of new-builds, unless you like starting a cozy fire with a wall switch. Suspended in drywall. In any event, I got the chrome transitional, the bronze traditional and the bronze contemporary. The pictures do them justice, and they all operate the same way. If your house wasn't constructed by, and of, drunk chimpanzees, these should work well, especially if your studs let you strategically mount the side you're likely to put more weight on one. I'm redoing all my walls out of nothing but flush studs, so I'll have more leeway there.

When I odered this decor assist transitional toilet paper holder I was wondering if it would look like a handicap bar or if it would look good. To my surprise it looks great and fits right in with the chrome accessories I have in my bathroom. It seems to be very sturdy. Be sure to mount it correctly with at least one side in a stud and the other with correct fasteners. Very handy to have, to assist in getting up from the toilet.

Delta has out done themselves. It is a very well made toilet paper holder with grab bar. It is solid and will hold a good amount of weight. One of the main thinks is that you have to do is secure one side of the holder to a stud. The other side they give you an anchor that is provided. This anchor is not like a normal wall anchor. It has one side that goes vertical about 5 inches behind the wall. This should hold a well amount of weight.

This is the second decor assist toilet paper holder I have ordered. It is a genius design. It does not look like an assistance bar, but it is. The styling is just right and it will look great in our basement bathroom that is being built. Another bonus, although I mostly do not approve, the bar makes a great place to rest your phone. I don't use it that way, but there are others I have observed using it for a little shelf. Maybe if Delta reads this, they should make a combo grab/shelf!

The mounting system was somewhat difficult to deal with and I resorted to a moly bolt on the one side where I could not drive a screw into wood behind the sheet rock.The device itself is strong and sturdy.

This Delta decor assist toilet paper holder comes with an assist bar for all ages. This toilet paper holder is very solid and heavy. The paper holder is very pretty and will compliment any bathroom design and function. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone. The finish is stainless and stunning. The directions were easy to follow and it took me thirty minutes to install.

This is one hefty product! Before you even take it out of the box you know it is built to last. I had to wait until I built a replacement bathroom Cabinet to install this and so I installed a backup block of wood behind the 1/2 inch plywood casing to ensure a solid mounting base. They provided the proper wood screws for the job, and allen wrench for the base mount so the installation was easy. Be sure to read the instructions, especially if you mount it on a wall. This looks real nice, with style, and it is designed with a super easy paper roll holder that is fully a part of the handle. No more springy roll holder to fly our of your hands or come apart. I've wanted something like this for a very long time.

We needed an assist handle, but our toilet closets are a bit cramped so there isn’t enough room for a traditional assist bar. Delta designed the perfect solution for tight spaces. These act as a paper holder as well as an assist device. They are beautifully finished, extremely heavy and the paperwork says that they can hold up to 300 pounds. They do require a structural member at least behind one anchor.

This is the greatest. This toilet paper roll holder is pretty heavy and sturdy. It has all the hardware and instructions for hanging. I mounted one side into a stud, and the other side has a internal flip flange that doubles as a stud on the other side and is just as strong. The reason for this is that it is also a grab bar for persons having trouble standing up after sitting down. It is safe for a 300 pound person. Holds a double roll TP. It is very good looking and fits perfectly with the decor.

This is a sturdy piece of hardware. I have severe lower back pain, like most of the US, and mounted on the side of the sink cabinet, this enables me to get up. AND IT IS ONE OF THE FEW THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE THE LARGEST CHARMIN ROLLS (363 SHEETS 2-PLY)

Easy installation; solidly built; nice finish. One comment: my builder had installed additional wood behind the TP bar, so I was able to secure both attachment points to wood. Hardware for an attachment to drywall is included, but can’t comment on how well it works.

This is a solid, attractive, and well thought out assist bar. Really easy to put rolls on the lower bar. I bought one for each toilet and definitely recommend it.

With my back injury, sometimes my legs go "dead",or numb when I sit on the toilet. One time I attempted to stand and fell against 2 mirrored glass sliding doors in the laundry room ( a total disaster). This"Assist Bar" helps me drop to the floor and simply wait until feeling returns to my legs. It's a great option to have in any household, especially if you are over the age of 21.

People who see this always say Wow. Its big and shiny and heavy. Its also a pain to install. But its a cool product and if you get through the unclear instructions you will like it. Its a great way to hide a grab bar.
