Thought this is great looking. Oy!! What a nightmare to install. It has a fine set screw to hold the finish piece on to the base. The finish on the inside is too poor to get a proper match of set screw to wall base. It took an hour longer than necessary to install and was a FRUSTRATING effort. While I like the design I would AVOID THIS MODEL like the plague. One of 2 matching towel holders was also an installation nightmare.

Absolute trash. Looks nice, template is off. Nothing tighens completely. Whether it be the wall mounts or the anchors, spins everywhere. Already ditched the anchors it came with, used toggle bolts, but wall mounts are another story. Debating on using different ones or taking it back.
