Q:Are the plastic bushings inside the swing arm base available for purchase? We can't be the only ones that need replacements. The bushing is damaged and barely holds the arm in place.

A: A drill to pre-drill your wall holes and a screwdriver or power driver to put in the screws. FYI, we really liked the ability to lift the arm to add or remove a new roll.

Q:Does the bar readily lift up when it's time to change the roll? OR is there some kind of screw you have to unscrew? For a similar item someone from Home Depot said you had to unscrew a set screw just to change the tp roll! Can't be right.

A: Yes, the bar just lifts up when it's time to change the roll; very simple; my two-year grandson just did it for me the other day.
No screw, that's crazy!!

A: Sam, thank you for your question on the Delta Everly Double Post Pivoting Toilet Paper Holder in Brushed Nickel. The mounting system used for the holder is a quick click connection and will not have any exposed screws. To remove the base from the bracket, you push up from the bottom of the post to engage the spring and then pull the top towards you to remove from the bracket. Best, Customer Care Team

A: There is no screw on the outside as the holders are fastened to the mounts by springs. Push up firmly on the underside of each side of the holder and it should release from the spring catch.
