The inner shower head falls out easily if bumped. The locking mechanism aren't very stable and need to be redesigned. There should be a button to lock/unlock making it safer to use. This is the only flaw but it's a major one.

Love it! A little expensive but worth it, well made not cheap plastic

The handheld showerhead will fall down when turning the water on or off. It has hit us in the head and hit the wall hard. Poor design. I plan on calling Delta to get my money back. Crazy this thing costs $100 and it's dangerous.

I bought this a few years back because I always wanted to try it. Found out right away that I didn't like it. I got it to help wash dogs in our walk-in shower. We had the bathroom made for easy and comfort. Hand railings etc. You had to click the thing to the right of the shower to turn off main shower head. The handheld wasn't that great. The button you pressed to change out the different shower pressures would get stuck most of the time. The shower head (hand held) wasn't long enough at times. It would be nicer if it had a flexy part of the handheld to stretch out more. The handheld shower kept coming off & heading me in the head or back. One day a few weeks ago I went to adjust the main shower head and it broke and fell off. Tried to fix it but it was broke. Contacted main company for a replacement and they were no help. Said without a receipt or the like they couldn't replace it. So please don't buy this.

I bought this showerhead and liked it. Until the plastic switch for the shower settings broke. I was able to exchange it and a second one, and it broke in the same spot as the first. We didn't have either one for very long. We are not hard on our items and usually have them for years because we are careful. This product is obviousy flawed. DO NOT BUY

Does not seem to have a very large spray pattern or very strong pressure to rinse your body.

The water reduction device in this thing is ridiculous. I was going to just return it since it felt like getting peed on by like 6 people. Removed the device like I saw in the many YouTube videos on how to make this particular shower head not suck donkey nuts, and now the pressure is amazing and I can shower without shame!

We have owned two of these shower heads and like the different spray options, but I would recommend against buying one. I should have learned my lesson on the first one, but I thought maybe the bad switch was a one time problem so I bought another one. Alas, they both have the same problem with the switch - works for a couple of months and then it doesn't. After all of the complaints, you would think the designers and engineers would come up with a better switch solution for this model. Don't waste your money on this product!

Quality product , good price and fast delivery and easy to install

Assembly was easy but the water pressure is weak.

Loved this Shower head until the button to change sprays stopped working. It has only been a month or two. I had someone install for me, so its not worth my returning it.

I love the functionality of this shower head. It gets me all the features I want, while keeping the cost under $100. The ability to change the flow on the hand part and especially the pause feature are what I am looking for. However, I guess it has really cost me more than the purchase price over its lifetime. I have had the shower head installed for a year and five months. I have had to rebuy the whole shower head just to replace the handheld shower head, because after a short time the button that changes the water pattern and/or pauses the flow stops working. So the main attractive feature only works for around 6 months. Other than that, this is a nice shower head.It is easy to clean and does not clog even in hard water. Flexing between both the inside and the outside flow allows me to get flexibility, while conserving hot water. I think I am going to need to go up a pricing tier to see if I can get a model where the pause button works for more than six months.

I think it will work just fine for a short and tall person

So much nicer than my old showerhead. Enjoying the feature of being able to remove the smaller middle sprayer..

The water stream is not strong when hand held is used along with fixed head. Not what I was expecting a little disappointed.

Just the perfect pressure and jet variation.

It looked good but I never installed it because I wanted the magnetic connection.
