Not enough water pressure on any setting

I like dual control

Best feature is being able to control water temp with one control and water flow with another. The temp setting can remain in place, but need to monitor actual temp as your hot water may fluctuate. Unit is attractive. We got two, but replaced the standard shower head with Delta In2ition units with handheld shower heads. It should come without the shower head since we now have two we paid for that we will never use.

The overall package of the shower trim kit is acceptable and looks good once installed. However, the shower head is suspect because it is very difficult to move at the rotation joint. Mine was so stiff right after purchasing that it broke off within a week. I got it replaced by the plumbing retailer, but the second one is extremely stiff and fragile as well. There appears to be something deficient in the design of the rotator joint for the shower head, and as such, I was forced to buy a competitor's shower head that now works great.

The shower mixing valve did not work properly when we got it (water was mostly cold) so I contacted Delta for a replacement. I waited on hold for 40 minutes until finally reaching a representative who agreed to send a replacement. It now works fine, but an inconvenience in getting it resolved.

Great product and prevent the changing of the entire valve located behind the wall.

Plastic makes the product’s quality very suspect. It does feel well made. As my title indicates, it functions ok, but water flow is weak and I hate products without a solid feel.

We had older delta fixtures that were brass. These were excellent replacements now they match the new shower doors.

installation was quick and easy. Looks nice and the shower head has decent options of water flow.

I recently had this unit installed by a professional contractor at my residence. I am very disappointed in the function of the shower head. The water flow/stream is too weak for the massage feature to be effective. The full stream setting is also weak. I am looking for a another shower head that can provide adequate water flow. I am also disappointed in the quality of the temperature control lever as it does not turn smoothly for fine temperature adjustments. In hindsight, I would not have purchased this product.

Love the temp control feature

The cold and hot water limit settings will not set properly. My plumber adjusted it many many times but now says it has a bad cartridge. I called Delta and they are shipping me a replacement. Time will tell if this resolves the problem?

It was missing a piece when I arrived and I had to return it as I didn't have time to wait for a new one

Poorly written install directions

Bought this a while ago and finally got to install it. It operates smoothly and is so much better than our old 60s shower handle (that leaked too). I like how I can select water temp independent of flow volume. Makes showering great again! The only thing I would say is that the picture of the showerhead doesn't quite match reality. The actual head had a chrome back, a black plastic "background", and translucent/whitish nozzels where the water comes out. It is fairly big around (4 inches?) and has good water flow.

I ordered this just for the handle part since I wanted a different shower head (with a hose). It looks great in my shower and I think I'm going to like the two different controls.

Great Delta product as always. Only wish they offered it in a 2.54 gpm model.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! The mixer valve is OVER-ENGINEERED and comes setup for someone who may have never used a shower valve to adjust temperature. Our General Contractor installed it and then proceeded to uninstall it twice to adjust the interior components to give us some HOT water. If I didn't have to tear up and replace the shower tile in order to replace this pathetic over-engineered shower valve I'd do it in a heartbeat! This is a piece of junk, that is over-engineered to keep people from scalding themselves. What person doesn't test the water in a shower before stepping in to shower???

It is everything I thought it would be and looks great.

I like that it is stainless but prefer price Fister or Moen brands.

I purchase this for the master and guest bath based on the description that it has 5-setting shower head. Well, it does not have this feature. Not able to change the shower head setting and pressure is horrible. I wish I never installed this model in the bathrooms.
