Thank you for your feedback, Ronk! I do apologize for any issue you may be having with this shower trim, but will be more than happy to help. Please know this model is a Water-Efficient, WaterSense labeled product that is only designed to produce 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. If you are not getting the full 1.75 gpm flow, we recommend checking either the PSI to the home or the back of the shower head debris screen for any type of buildup. We would also recommend flushing the valve body out. To do this, you will need to shut the water off to this unit, room or home. Then you will remove the handle, bonnet nut and cartridge, making sure to wipe out any debris in the valve body. From there, you can turn the water back on to this unit to completely flush out any further debris. Return the cartridge, bonnet nut and handle then turn the water back on to this unit to test the water flow. I have included a link to the owner's manual, for you to refer to. I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the hand held shower not remaining within the shower head mount whenever bumped, and I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

To properly connect the hand wand to the shower head you will need to push the handshower into the shower head, then pull down on the hand shower until locked with the shower head. If the shower head moves when removing the hand shower, hand tighten the connection between the shower head and the shower arm. To remove it you will need to pull outward towards you and then pull straight down.
