This heater does exactly what it claims to do. It’s very simple to operate and seems reliable enough, but I have only had it installed for a month. Overall, I am very happy that I purchased it.

The heater was easy to install. It produces great heat for my 30X30 garage.

Love my new ventless gas heater. It was bought to supply heat in the event that I lost power. And I am very happy with the heat it puts out.

this is the third gas heater I've had and this one does ok, it's not great and not bad compared to the other's I've had. a couple of things that knock it down for me is that you have to buy legs if your not mounting it on the wall unlike the others I have purchased, even with the blower using on this one it doesn't seem to heat the den like the others and I never even used the blower fan on them just heat, also not sure if it's a thermostat problem or not but the temperature doesn't work again as good as others it either goes wide open and heats too hot then shuts off and waits until the room cools way down and gets chilly it doesn't keep it as regulated as good it's in the same spot at the others and just seems to not be as good... it does the job of keeping the heat bill down as I run natural gas and puts heat in the room but just doesn't do it as good as other brands I have had. it heats a 30x20 den and also a open kitchen for it's size if that helps anyone.

So very pleased with this purchase! Had it installed in my sunroom and now, I have an extremely warm, cozy place to sit in the winter while enjoying the outdoor scenery. This heater works/operates perfectly. Win, win!

It's great. It does everything you want it to!

My mom has a 1950's house and these heater make it feel like she has central heat. They have a wonderful thermostat that keeps the room comfy.

Excellent product. Installation was simple (approximately 20 minutes). Heats very quickly and the ceramic (radiant heat) is a must have (versus the "blue flame") for efficiency. Note: this is my third Dyna-Glo purchase and I would highly recommend.

the product is very good but I am angry because they charged me twice for the product and they did not return my money

It heats very well. Only complaint is that it is loud when it cuts off. It knocks for about 2 minutes

Easy install and great heat source. I installed it I'm a 4 bay garage and set on t-stat #1maintains 55 degrees. #5 will heat it from 55 to 80 in 1 hour.

I very pleased with the heater it is doing a great job keeping my glass/wood shop warm. I just wished I would purchased the fan. Save that for Another day.

I just converted from lp to natural gas today, so haven't had a chance to really try it out, but I know the propane one just like it worked great. I use it to heat the garage when I work out there on cold days.

Nice looking heater. Seems to work fine. Easy to hook up. Well pleased.

I will use this in my 3 car garage to keep it at a reasonable temperature. Pros: - Design / form factor: This is a newly designed product (2017) and the size is right. Doesn't stick out too far from wall - Heats very quickly: Because this is the thermostat model, all 5 burners turn on when heating. The manual control model will vary between 1/3/5 burners. - Convenience of thermostat: If you're wanting to hold a certain temperature and 'forget', this feature is comes in very handy. Only grip is the temperature range isn't wide enough (min temperature is 55° F) - Easy/fast installation: other than perhaps extra steps for non-stud wall mounting, installation was straightforward and quick. Cons: - Thermostat calibration: With a range of 55-85° F, you can't keep your garage below 55. I wish there was a way to recalibrate the thermostat control to a different temperature range. I will never need my garage at 85. - Noisy fan: The *optional* assessory blower fan is pretty noisy, not as quiet as you would expect. It also works independently of the thermostat (ie fan's "auto" mode may turn it off before heat turns off / vice versa) - "Cooling Noise": Perhaps it's unique to my installation, but when heater lamps turn off the sheet metal "contraction" from cooling is also fairly noticable...a loud drip-like sound.

Works well! Can’t speak for assembly as we had it professionally installed when they ran the gas line however it heats my unfinished concrete basement (in upstate ny in the winter) wonderfully. You must have a fan to move the air around above it or it will shut off after 20 minutes or so.

It worked for one day and it stop working I am waiting on a replacement

Purchased the radiant heat model with thermostat 30,000 BTU to heat my 600 square-foot finished basement. Performs well, produces a small odor that may bother some people. The only gripe I have is the extra blower fan.

The firs one i got was broken ! I wasted my time ! The new one I ordered again come with dents but I didn’t return! Heating very good but the problem is strong odor ! So far i was using maybe 10 hours but the odor not going away!
