AnswerI would assume so. If you already have a gas line nearby, it is not hard. Mine already had a drop and a valve. I only had to add another pipe to the run and add a drip leg and a flex gas line. If you can do plumbing, you can install the heater. I installed mine about 30" off the ground to avoid possible flammable vapors. As for whether installation would be different for the 2 heaters, they would be exactly the same, just have to use the blue port on the dual fuel. On the natural gas only, that is not an issue.

easy assembly and good directions for installation. no complaints....
easy assembly and good directions for installation. no complaints. would definitely recommend. puts out good heat even on #1. we have never had it over #2. like that it has a thermostat so it cycles off and on to keep a steady temp all on it's own.

Very satisfied with the heater. I put it in my 3 stall garage. Put the thermostat on 2 and it heated the entire garage up to a temp that made it very comfortable to work out there in 30 degree outdoor temps, with just a sweatshirt on. Easy to install out of the box.
