Bought product because we thought it had a thermostatic temperature control. It does not. It has a thermostatic igniter. In really bad false advertising it is listed as "portable heater with thermostat".

This works very well and quickly heats my three stall...
This works very well and quickly heats my three stall garage. It is very loud though, would be good if I could turn down the fan more so i could leave it running while working. Typically just turn this on for 10 min at a time just because of the noise level.

Replaced 55K unit. Much more powerful than the old one, obviously. Manageable size, ample heat output. Low setting puts out plenty of heat, high setting would heat a large space quickly. Reliable and safe as long as you don’t put anything flammable close to the front of it. It will easily melt / ignite tarps, cords, pets, or in-laws if left in front of the unit too long.

This was a great buy. Heats garage quickly. I only wish they would tell that you need a huge tank to get the 150 btu’s. With a normal tank like on a barbecue grill you can only get about half of that.
