I have to return it. Hook up water and power source and the unit will not turn on.

Dirent even work couldnt return it because the box got wet when we were puting it together

Barely got warm for maybe 20 seconds. Returned it and bought a completley different unit.

wires from manufacture is wired for 240 volts. black wire red wire and green is not 120 volts here in America.

The water heater works as expected, not a high flow rate but certainly adequite for a kitchen sink ( it is only the 30 amp 120 volt model). Custumer service was why I didn't give it 5 stars. I waited on the line 15 mins until it was my turn, they say they will email you the info you need (which got me off the line). I checked email 30 mins later and no info. Waited 45 mins this time to talk to somebody who then sent me the info and I got the tank to work.

It is underpowered only providing lukewarm water. I would not recommend it.

Only raised my water temp 25 degrees.

We had to return this item due to it requiring a 30 amp dedicated circuit. We found a smaller unit online that only required a 15 amp circuit. This unit is only supplying a sink in a half bath.

It doesn’t work. I need to return it

Unit has no warranty unless you pay for professional installation. Unit has no adjustments for temperature control Do not have knowledge if it has a high temperature safety cut out. Unit is sealed at the factory so do not know what is inside. Has small debris filter on inlet but is not removable for cleaning. Price is good and unit heats at the published rate. would like to have the ability to adjust. Unit is used on a rental and I am afraid of scalding

I am in the coastal part of Norther CA and it works, as long as the water pressure is not too high, otherwise the water is not warm enough in the hottest position of a one lever faucet. It certainly does the job for hand washing without having to put an expensive on demand heater or full size heate

Requires a 30 amp breaker which created the first problem had to tap into the stove to get that high of an amperage and the hot water output was very short not enough to do dishes only good for a quick hand wash or rinse.

Bought this for a hand wash basin in a small machine shop. It provides comfortably warm water in 15~20 seconds. I didn't use the water saver nozzle so I control temperature by varying the flow rate. At minimum flow it will reach ~110 degrees in 45 seconds. That's in May in North Carolina. I'm sure it will change in wintertime but still good enough for washing up.
