Old school, tried & true, reliable square! You can't go wrong with this guy!

I bought this square to use as a cutting edge for scoring vinyl flooring tile. I installed about 1300 square foot of the tile and the square worked perfectly providing a clean cut every time.

This square came in handy when building a ships ladder for the loft in our beer hall. Had to measure out 18 degree pockets for the mortise joints for the stairs.

Cheap, fairly accurate, I buy them as clamping squares for assembling case goods.

The square made my saws cut worse than when I pulled them out of the box. The angles are slightly off, but it's enough to leave noticeable gaps when joining miter cuts together. Would recommend avoiding and get a digital gauge or manually calibrate your saws yourself.
