It's lite weight but still rugged enough to last on job site for more than a couple weeks. The magnet comes in handy for setting stanions in the basement.

The level works great

The bubble stays in the middle of the glass if what you're measuring is flat. Works like a charm!

was surprised to learn that Milwaukee bought Empire. Even more surprised to see that in store, at least when I purchased (03-22) the Empire level had better magnet strength than big red...I use Milwaukee's 7" billet and the compact levels and their rare-earth magnets are fantastic. For the price and functionality hard to beat this one.
