This cord feels more like cotton fiber than poly. I find a lot of poly cords are a bit slick/smooth and are more prone to having knots loosen. This cording doesn't seem to have that problem. It's perfect for when string is too small and rope is too big. It's also considerably stronger than the 40lb rating.

This clothes line is not sturdy as I thought it would be…the line is unraveling and I am not sure why?

Hard to find end of rope when open, tangles up

I purchase this Everbilt 1/4 in. x 100 ft. White Braided Polyester Clothesline, Whites to replenish my supply. I use it to tie down items.

Very long, I need it for my van to keep boxes together , very tough

I was limited to 1/4” or larger diameter rope. I found the store selection absolutely lousy. It was not because there were empty shelves where rope SHOULD be, but instead, there were only two diameters of rope and two lengths available on a REGULAR basis. And, of course, no employees in the store- except gathered at the checkout lanes. Catching up on gossip.

The last clothes line (3/16) didn’t last 1 year when spanned the looped 50’. The previous 1/4” lasted 3 years. So when out of stock, wait for the 1/4”.

Sturdy and does the job! No complaints.
