This hose barb is well designed, well finished and the flutes are just sharp enough to grip firmly but not cut into plastic tubing under a hose clamp. They also do not leak. Excellent quality.

Did not meet my expectation, had to return item. Had to make my own due to home depot does not carry 3/4 in. FHT x 5/8 in. barb adapter.

Perfect for what I needed it for

This is the third adapter I bought. The increased flow capacity helps watering through long hoses and during reduced supply pressure in hot weather condition. Construction quality is excellent.The large control levers turn on and off easily. The four-lug attachment nut allows easy tightening. Buyer must precheck clearance around faucet to accommodate the increased size.

The adapter was exactly what I need. My only complaint and reason for taking off one star is the price and the fact the item was not priced at the shelf. Twelve dollars for that little piece of brass is pretty steep.

Everbilt 3/4 in. FHT x 3/8 in. Lead-Free Brass Garden Hose Barb Adapter Fitting is well constructed and a quality part. No problem installing and securing the fitting to the hose end with an e-z breeze clamp. Made of brass, the fitting should last a long time making the purchase price very reasonable. I would recommend this product as a replacement piece to anyone.

Used it to run a clear silicone tube from the dehumidifier to the floor drain. Worked perfectly.

Works well for self drain dehumidifier

Was looking for a garden hose to barb adapter for my dehumidifier to connect a drain hose. I thought this was overpriced at first, but after trying a 2 piece unit for less money, the 2 piece units haves washer and the brass nipple insert. You could barely get 1.5 full threads onto the output shaft and I as afraid it would leak. Returned that one and got this one instead and got several turns of the piece and its working. It has a 1/2” OD output so make sure the hose you get has the correct ID to match up. I still put a hose clamp on it to make sure it grips tight. The nipple on this rotates inside the outer ring, so be sure to tighten snugly to ensure it doesn’t move around on you.

I purchased this costly product & it leaked.

Fit 3/8" ID tubing with no problems; snug fit, no leaks, easy to screw onto dehumidifier.

This brass fitting did the trick, This is a good, quality fitting.
