The new vent pipe was perfect it was the right size it fit the dryer vent it was flexible and. With the clip it stayed on nice and tight while l was putting the dryer back in place everything worked out and we’re back in business with the dryer.

Wasn't long enough so I measured, actually only 7'4 when completely stretched.

Been using this for 2 weeks with 0 issues and it was easy to install.

Adequate to the task and relatively quick to set up. Was originally concerned about tearing it, but it as flimsy as I thought it would be. Wish these came in a size between 8 and 25 feet. My dryer is in the basement, and the vent is at just above the joist height. In an older house with a 7 foot floor to joist you still have to account for the portion that is fitted over the connecting pipes and the bends. Needed a 2 foot flexible portion to fill the gap. I suppose if I'd just gotten the 25 ft version I could have cut in in half and had a spare, but that costs twice as much... a 14 ft option at a price point between the 8 and 25 would have been ideal.

My older duct was too rigid and wouldn't stay attached to my dryer our outside vent. This duct, however, was a perfect fit and, because it wasn't as rigid, folded nicely behind my dryer. Works perfectly.

My plumber replaced the vent with ease. My other vent was entirely too long and was jammed behind the dryer. I bought a shorter vent and it was perfect.

This product is garbage. The foil and wire make for a great way to cut up your hands while trying to fit it over the vent outlet, which it is too small for. Improperly sized. Took far too long to install.
