It fit the outdoor faucet.

If you are replacing an old or leaking vacuum breaker, you may have to replace the faucet as well. I found that past practice was to break off the set screw after it was installed to prevent the removal of the vacuum breaker.

It started leaking from small holes in 3 months. I tried all possible troubleshooting but nothing worked

It works. It does the job as described. I wish the industry would call it something simpler such as a "check valve" for the hose bibb instead of this description. A vacuum breaker sounds like something you would find on an electrical panel.

The unit was easy to install and went right on with no issues.

Had to return these. Most newer houses have a spigot with a custom thread. These a re good for old houses that you are introducing this to. Check your threads first, if you cannot bypass the old breaker and attach the hose directly, these wont fit.

Necessary product to keep a hose permanently attached to a sanitary sink. Works as it should and keeps the state inspector happy. God bless.

Easy to install and set up

Didn't have the fine threads I need for my outdoor faucet. I'll be returning it.

Works as intended. Easy to install.

I installed with plumber’s tape and tightened; no leaks. After releaseing the trigger on my hose nozzle, water squirts out of the holes on the vacuum fitting. Checked my threads and tried again… same results.

Two of the three purchased valves went onto the hose bibs easily and were secured by the set screw. The third did not go on well (all just hand tightened) and the set screw snapped almost immediately. A larger set screw would serve better.

This vacuum breaker valve is exactly what I was looking for to replace the one stuck to a broken hose. As a DIYer, I never know what size is needed. Luckily this is the first time there is only one size and it fits.

This vacuum breaker valve worked perfectly. Now there is no noise when I run water faucet on the outside of my house

Set screw should be replaced with hex screw so it can be removed via hex wrench to replace it as these typically have a shorter useful life compared to hose bibb. Drilling and/or sawing makes life difficult.
