A great system; it is such a savings not having to buy bottled water, and great for the environment!

I purchased this filtration system for our well water supply. The water has always tested clean so I didn't need a whole house filter but we've got a lot of new construction going on in our neighborhood, and we're surrounded by farmland where some of the owners spray indiscriminately, so we decided to be proactive. This is probably one of best DIY kits I've ever worked with (and I do a lot of DIY projects). I used both the instruction manual and the installation video and never ran into any confusion or glitches (both guides are excellent). Admittedly it took me about four hours but I was intentionally working slowly to avoid catastrophic leaks, and I was working in a pretty tight space under the sink. I did have one leak at startup that was my error: the filter canisters should look like the illustration when installed (label facing front). I didn't tighten the GAC filter completely and yes, of course, I had a leak. I caught it quickly so no harm done, and it was the only leak I experienced. Additionally, I don't think I've ever purchased any kit that was packaged as well as this product was, and none of the parts were missing. I was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and i’m very satisfied with the products and the customer service. I had my furnace quit while away on vacation and had the filter bodies break when they froze. The leak stopper worked as it was supposed to and kept the water from running out when the water thawed. I had new filter bodies shipped out with help from customer service and was back to filtered water in five days. Free shipping and a good price for the filters is a plus. The system works as advertised and we would not hesitate to buy another should the need arise.

I tested your product and water tests at 0.0 contaminants when made cold ( put in refrig over night) and 4.0 when room temperature. Before your system, my kitchen water tested at 56.7. I had another RO system and replaced it with the express system, the express system uses less bypass water and holds better system pressure than the other system I had. This systems use of check valves seems to help allot. It is priced Fairly and does not use Proprietary cartridge filters, and that means it has a lower long term operating cost also.

My RO system has been up and running for several weeks now and it works perfectly!! The installation instructions were easy to understand and all of the parts were there. Love it!

Hi I have installed water filters at different places & different brands of filters. I have to say this filter system is of better quality than most of the ones available in market. The best thing is that is semi installed & every single item what is needed is present in the install kit. Best quality, even better than Max water filters ( what I thought was the best). This system arrived in 2 days. It contained the extra Brushed Nickel Faucet I paid extra for. It was already inserted in the box of parts. The parts also include everything you need. No going back to the hardware store for anything. Quality was very good. Most filter parts were already pre-assembled. I installed this system in about 3 hours taking my time. Worked great right away. Thank you for the easy install.

Easy to install, no drilling if you use the sink hole for a standard sprayer. You will need to plug the sprayer water line hole using a cap, mine was 1/4" pipe thread. Instructions could not have been written better, very easy to follow. You will need to supply your own screws to attach unit to a wall. The filter cases have flat bottoms, so the wall screws only need to keep the unit from falling over. You can taste the difference between store or machine filtered water versus your new RO system. You're going to be happy.

This company has their act together.....system was pretty much ready to go...for me I just had to cut to length and install the various supply/drain tubes.....turn on the water and fill/drain for 3 cycles.....appears very well built with easy to follow instructions...the extra filters are icing on the cake.

bought this for my cabin up north and it takes the roughness out of the water so much that I don't have to run vinegar thru my pot any longer to clean it out

Medium skill set to install. Great instructions. Only needed specific drill bits. Fits under sink perfectly and allows room for under the sink products. Works perfectly. Filtered water tastes great. We are actually drinking more water because of the convenience and taste. Highly recommend
