Installation was quick and easy. I was glad that it didn't take forever to set-up. Everything you need to build it is in the box. I'm so glad that I have clean water now!

Fast delivery, all the parts, and easy to install. After testing our water and talking to our watershed authority, we discovered we had extremely high amounts of sulphates in our water and that RO or distilling was the only way to correct it. Our water was giving our family sour stomaches and no one liked the taste. We swapped out the ceramic filter system we had for this RO system in less than an hour and no absolutely love the taste of our water again! Our water is balanced again without killing our bank account in the process. Thank You!

Installation is pretty easy if your handy at all. Faucet didn't install into the existing "soap dispenser" hole, but with the right washer from the hardware store, problem solved. Totally fixed the taste of our well water. No bad taste left at all. I called customer service to ask a couple of questions about the system before buying it and customer service was excellent! Friendly, polite, answered my questions (Q: filter replacement frequency and if filters are standard size, A: every 6 months and yes standard 2.5" filters) quickly and happily. U.S. based company is also a plus in my book. Very satisfied and I recommend this product.

This thing is great, took a couple hours to install and is the best water we have ever had, should have done this years ago.

So far I am thoroughly impressed with this System. The price is great, and the instructions where laid out very plain and simple. Which leads me to say that anyone who is paying alot of money for bottled/pitcher filters should invest in this system! I believe it should pay for itself in less than a year for my situation. This company shipped the system with just about everything pre-assembled that they could. Installation was a breeze! Also the parts and valves they include are HIGH quality. These comments come from a critical buyer. I highly recommend this.

This was actually pretty easy to install and the filter seems to work great. I drink it daily (It tastes great) and use it for a saltwater tank. Note that it probably requires moderate skills to install. You biggest problem will be drilling a whole in your sink for the faucet!! Just take it slow and start with a small bit and work your way up from there!! I have used it for over a month now without incident.

My drinking water had around 300 ppm of contaminants/dissolved solids prior to installation. After installation it was reduced to .007 ppm.

I lovethis product. My water never tasted so good! The only issue is the spout moves around a lot. I have tightened it multiple times but for some reason it keeps backing off. That is the only issue and I can't say enough how convenient it is not to have to refill bottles all the time.

I upgraded the system to include the Alkline mineral filter through the same company my water has never tasted this good before. Infact I bottle it and take it to work. I love my RO. I also suffer from arthritis and just the short time I have had it those symptoms have subsided.

Had a system for over 20 years but this one is perfected. Easy to install, easy to use and the company helped me with all my problems.

Good value and fast shipment. Had everything in the kit needed fo my under cabinet installation. Highly recommend.

Works good. The only problem I had was the connections of the 1/4" water line. I had no previous experience with them. They are good after you learn how to push the line into the fittings. Study the drawing of the connectors and know how the line will stop prematurely sometimes and leak. The whole set is an excellent buy.
