So far so good! My friend and I replaced my old and complicated RO system with this unit. The directions were thorough and the color coding made the process quite easy and fast. This was just installed so I can't speak to the long term quality of it but I'm impressed so far.

We are very pleased with this product. We ordered two units and installed one in the kitchen and the other in the Master bathroom. Not only does the 5-stage RO system filter out all the contaminants in the drinking water (we had high concentrations that were getting the family sick) but the added bonus is the clean taste of the water, which is really incredible. Our plumber highly recommends this system--which provided a high level of confidence since he typically only recommends top of the line products. He said he was "very pleased" with this 5-stage RO water filtration system. Another added bonus is this merchant. Initially one of the two systems we bought had a leaking faucet which caused puddles of water to gather on the counter-top. The merchant quickly sent out a replacement faucet which was professionally installed today and so far is working perfectly.

This was my first time installing an Osmosis water filtration system to a home kitchen. And even though it seem daunting at first, going step by step and not looking to ahead of the instruction made things very easy and overall installation was very simple. If you are good at following instructions on assembling furniture (like Ikea) then you will have no problem getting this to work with your kitchen plumbing. I don't remember exactly how long it took to install, but if I have to guess, it took around 2 hours. Also, while most of the installing you can do as an individual, I did need a second person to help when installing the water faucet of the system. I have been drinking the water from this system for around 2 months and I got to say that drinking water is so much more enjoyable. Water seems to taste more clear, soft, and smooth. I definitely recommend this system.

This system came in two days. And I installed it in a couple of hours; taking my time. The water tastes fantastic. It is as good as anything I have tasted. And better than most. I am very happy.

This is a great deal. Easy installation. Directions for supply lines could be a little more clear. Only negative about this purchase is the amount of water that is discarded but that's the way it goes with the filter system

this water system has been amazing, bought a few weeks ago and it came with extra filters. The total desolved solids in the tap water before hooking this system up was roughly 200+ and the water had that city water chlorine taste. now with the system the water tastes great TDS is consistently at 11 parts per million and 0 chlorine taste in the water. we also suffer from very hard water here, now my water is very soft. simply amazing tasting. will buy again when the time comes.

I Have installed brand new RO system and got 47ppm after couple flushes of system. PPM is quite high for brand new system. Overall product is great nicely pre assembled and clean. Easy to install

One big plus of this kit is that filter housings come attached and ready to plug hoses. I worked with other filter on the market and I had to build the housing myself just so the seller could save on shipping volume. This kit was by far the easiest to assemble and operate. It comes with everything you need as far as parts. All you need to have is a screw driver and a wrench. One important note, rinse 3 large filters, sediment, pre- and post-carbon, before plugging it to RO membrane. Filters say "rinse for 10 minutes", but measuring TDS showed a good 15 minute rinse was necessary. Supply water on one end and drain it to sink for a continuous 15 minutes. If you have a TDS meter thats even better. Do not connect everything at once and start RO process. Otherwise you can clog RO membrane really fast. I did not get a mineral additive stage or alkaline stage, yet I like the taste already. Instead of an alkaline stage, I added UV sterilizer right before the faucet for peace of mind. Water cut-off system works pretty good. I accidentally spilled some water under the sink during installation and cut-off system soaked the water and shut water inlet quickly, so that passed the test.

Very easy to install and compact design. Good price. Filtered my Houston city water down to 15 ppm.

Fast delivery, all the parts, and easy to install. After testing our water and talking to our watershed authority, we discovered we had extremely high amounts of sulphates in our water and that RO or distilling was the only way to correct it. Our water was giving our family sour stomaches and no one liked the taste. We swapped out the ceramic filter system we had for this RO system in less than an hour and no absolutely love the taste of our water again! Our water is balanced again without killing our bank account in the process. Thank You!

Installation is pretty easy if your handy at all. Faucet didn't install into the existing "soap dispenser" hole, but with the right washer from the hardware store, problem solved. Totally fixed the taste of our well water. No bad taste left at all. I called customer service to ask a couple of questions about the system before buying it and customer service was excellent! Friendly, polite, answered my questions (Q: filter replacement frequency and if filters are standard size, A: every 6 months and yes standard 2.5" filters) quickly and happily. U.S. based company is also a plus in my book. Very satisfied and I recommend this product.

Overall this product has been a great water filter. I waited two weeks before posting a review to see if there were any issues or not and so far there has been none. The installation took much longer than anticipated as there was a major leak when I first ran the system (my fault). After disconnecting the hoses and checking everything I found the problem and got the system running smoothly. The only issue I have is the length of time it takes to setup and prime the unit for first use otherwise it is a wonderful unit. It is bulky and takes up a lot of room underneath the storage of my sink but its no problem for me as its good clean drinking water.

This thing is great, took a couple hours to install and is the best water we have ever had, should have done this years ago.

So far I am thoroughly impressed with this System. The price is great, and the instructions where laid out very plain and simple. Which leads me to say that anyone who is paying alot of money for bottled/pitcher filters should invest in this system! I believe it should pay for itself in less than a year for my situation. This company shipped the system with just about everything pre-assembled that they could. Installation was a breeze! Also the parts and valves they include are HIGH quality.
