The name may be Firm Grip but this shirt feels very soft. It stretches with me rather than rip under my arms which seems to happen more often than not with all my cotton shirts. I mostly wear short sleeve shirts so this one is perfect for me with the little caveat that it does tend to cling to my chest. This shirt has a nice taper as well which is fine for tucking in or leaving out like I do when it is really hot.

I work in construction and like shirts that are light and cool when working in stuffy mechanical rooms. The shirt is light, cool and very soft yet feel durable. I did notice a slight difference when wearing this shirt vs cotton. I have not put it through a real hard test yet. It does run small and the cut and material is clingy to the body. I usually wear large shirts and this feel a little on the small side. See in the pics that it just about fits my very average sized 13 year old. It would work well as an undershirt but maybe not as a “shirt”.

I was intrigued by the fact that this shirt had an SPF rating so I ordered it since I needed a new work shirt for yard work and around the house projects. It is very comfortable and fits kind of like sport shirt or workout shirt. I won't show you what it looks like on, but it is a tad tight. It is very lightweight and breathable which is perfect for a work shirt. The pattern is a little bit like arctic como in the military but the coloring is much brighter than I expected. It is almost a neon blue. Overall comfort - 4 stars SPF 50 rating - jury is still out I would recommend, just maybe in a different color.

Great lasting shirts come fast when ordered. All the sewing seems to be done really nice as there seems to be no loose threads ever. The arm pits have lots of room even as you reach for high things on shelves. The material lets air flow really well which is a nice plus in Texas. Sizes do seem to run a bit small so I would recommend ordering one size up. Shirt lenght for the sleeves seems to be just perfect as it does not go past the elbow. The length of the shirts work really well also if you want to tuck the shirt in or leave it un tucked.

Ordered these shirts and they arrived really fast. They come prepackaged so no worry about anything getting on them from sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I normaly wear a XL and these were just a little tight on me so you might want to order one size larger than normal. They do stretch which is really nice as you are working. When you reach for something its nice to not have any resistance. They also are very cool to wear almost like you can feel the breeze flowing thru the material . great shirts...

I really love this shirt, especially for hot days. It has this mesh material under your arms to keep you cool all day and the shirt itself Is made of a very light material almost like a shirt you would want to work out in. It tucks in great and looks good with any pants you wear. And the pattern of this shirt does look a little busy but grew on me the first day I wore it and now I love the “veil camo”. I have washed it numerous times and dried it and it does not shrink and the material seems pretty durable. I also love the subtle logo on the shirt and I’m glad they didn’t put a huge logo on it. All in all this shirt is awesome, I enjoy wearing it and I think you will too.

I am always wanting good quality t-shirts to wear on hot summer days. FIRM GRIP has just the shirts that I've been looking for. They are lightweight and stylish. These shirts are sure to help keep you cool, with their mesh underarms. They will also help keep you smelling good, with their anti-microbial treatment. The Firm Grip Performance Work Shirts sold by The Home Depot are very nice. The combination of polyester and spandex material makes the shirt slide against my skin for comfortable movements. The shirt also provides breathable stretchy underarm flexibility and sun protection. The color patterns are modern and high hiding if it gets stained. I really recommend this shirt to everyone.

The material also is made with a UPF +50 protection from the Sun and also a anti-odor treatment, to help keep you smelling good. Great shirt that absorbs sweat and dries out quickly while wearing it. I’ve already put it in the washing machine and hung it up yto dry. It dried so quickly that it was worn shortly after coming out of the laundry. It feels light on the skins door is extremely comfortable. The look is very stylish as the design stands out. It’s the real deal: wash, hang dry, and wear. It can be put in the dryer if you preferred that way of drying it.

This shirt is very comfortable! I thought of getting the extra large since I'm 6' 2" tall, and weigh 210 lb, but the large fits me perfectly, it's not too tight, or too long. The material is soft and the vented underarms wicks moisture away and reduces odors; it's great for wearing in the summer while working outside. Besides, my shirt is not clearly wet from undue sweating like my regular cotton t-shirts! Big win!! The UPF factor is also a reason I selected this shirt, because I have Melanoma on my neck and tops of my ears due to sunburn damage. That diagnosis made me very conscious of UV skin damage and the harm sunburns can cause. I really like the color and the pattern too. Yes, I now wear an outside heat-resistanct hat as well. The shirt is highly recommended!

Light and Cool. My son really likes this new shirt. The fabric is really light and wicks moisture really well. The underarm mesh vents help to keep him cool working outdoors. He commented on it having a smaller neckline which is what he prefers. While the fabric is light and a bit silky it seems like it’s going to be extremely durable. I suspect he will want some additional colors.

This shirt is very light weight and is great for working in the heat. It feels like nylon and dries fast from sweating or working with hoses or water. It does not run in the washer machine on hot so you can wash it with anything, except bleach. It fits pretty true to size, I normally get extra large t-shirts and this one is a little tight but not too much.

I got this shirt for my grandson as I thought it would be a nice change from the normal gray or black work shirts that he has now. Brought it in and handed him the package and he immediately opened it and put it on. It looks great and as he has a hard time getting shirts that fit so he really liked that it stretched without binding. Apparently it also kept him cooler. He took it with him on and out of town job and I did get a text say "great shirt, thanks Grandma".

Last week I received the firm grip men’s plus size gray shirt. Though it is for men I ordered it so it can feel loose on me when I’m working in my backyard. It is very soft, stretchy and comfortable to move around. I like the jewel neck cut and the short sleeves so I’m mostly covered out in the backyard. On days that it is damp I wear it over a long sleeves shirt..

The whole garment is made from this same material except the area of the underarm is mesh that would cool that area. This Firm Grip shirt is form-fitting, very light-weight and comfortable.

This is the second on of these I have gotten. The fabric is really light, soft and noticeably cooler than my regular cotton tee-shirt. I got the X-large size figuring it would give me plenty of moving room, typically I wear a large but glad I got the X-large. While its defiantly not baggy it fits great. The sleeve length is not to long and ends about my elbow. I also like this color as well as the blue one and my wife likes this one to.

I’m going to say this right out of the gate, I’m generally not a fan of camo, but I love the FIRM GRIP PLUS MEN'S VEIL TAC GRAY PERFORMANCE SHORT SLEEVED SHIRT because of it’s functionality. In other words, the Firm Grip shirt has quickly become my favorite work shirt and work-out shirt—yes, with its anti-odor and mesh underarms it is also acceptable and functional gym attire—who’d a thunk? With regard to fitment, the Firm Grip shirt does fit a bit snug, as compared to other t-shirts in this size category—so if you’re sporting a six-pack a day beer belly, this shirt may not be for you. It does stretch but it is snug fitting. The shirt is 90 percent polyester and 10 percent spandex.

FIRM GRIP plus Men's X-Large Veil Aqueous Performance Short Sleeved Shirt This a great Short Sleeve Shirt from FIRM GRIP. It is very comfortable and had has Raglan sleeves allowing more mobility. Love the mesh underarms that provide additional ventilation. The materials are quick drying . It also claim it is made with UPF 50 plus sun protection and an anti-microbial treatment to prevent odors and bacteria build-up but I have no scientific way to measure this. The size Men's large is true to size and the Veil Camo Aqueous color is awesome.

Personally I really like these t-shirts , I like that ther very soft , I also like that they wick-away the sweat and keep you very comfortable specially when you’re working , The price is really great , very reasonable. I have one in Black, blue and gray . They really help to keep you cool especially when you’re working out in the sun, they really are a game changer. You don’t end up all sweaty and ugly like you do when you have a regular shirt on. I definitely recommend these T-shirts . First star’s

I really like the firm grip performance t-shirts, so far. The fabric is made of 10% spandex and 90% polyester, which make the t-shirts very breathable and light-weight on the individual. Also, the underarms are made of separate fabric, almost like a mesh of sorts, and it allows it to be cooler under your underarms. I am glad that the two performance t-shirts I got very fitting on me, so far I happy with the item I picked.

I am 195 pounds and it fits even on my chubby body. It is made of your normal athletic polyester. It is lightweight and has a nice camo color to it. Although, it almost looks like snakeskin in some parts of the camo. There is a mesh type material under the arms and after working out in 90 degree heat, this shirt kept me more cool. The fit of the shirt makes it ideal for movement. It is not constricting when shoveling and other duties, as I was doing. Another thing I like is that the sleeves are longer on the bicep. I don't like a sleeve that is too short because it is uncomfortable under the arms. This shirt is really comfortable. You can use this for working, fishing, and other outdoor stuff.
