Very nice door for the price. Only gave it 4 stars because I would have liked an option to have a wider jam size. Seems to be well built and was a pretty easy install. Looks great in the space

I spent over $1200 including sidelights. Door looks good...but their doors are horrible and the company refuses to do anything about it. This door leaks snow and ice. May look good, but don't be deceived. I added a storm door and still get leakage. See attached pics. Will NEVER buy another feather river door again.

I have not installed the door yet but seems good. The trim around the window frame of the door is bulging out and needs replacing.

the door looks great. Just installed it this past weekend and still haven't completed the inside trim. The issue with the door is that the strikeplate and deadbolt latch plate did not line up. The door is level, plumb and square. When the plastic retainer was removed from the door, the door dropped 1/4 inch causing an issue with the alignment. The issue had to be at the manufacturer as the gaps between the door and frame are nearly perfect all the way around. If that was resolved i wouldn't have any complaints.

I installed this door (August 2018) and in the main door glass cavity, there is pieces of glass that are not secured tight. When opening and shutting it you can hear the rattle. I called feather river doors and they told me it was an expand and contract set up... well I installed in late summer and its now winter, and it still has got the same problem.

Real decent quality. Solid, sturdy, gives a secure sense. I am in California, and oil based paints are almost non existent here. If you can, per the manufacturer's recommendation, I suggest using oil base paint as latex enamels don't flow anywhere near as well.

I never looked at this door in store, only online. I absolutely LOVE it!! No damage during shipping in any way. Everything was absolutely square on it. Took old out, put new in and we were done. This was an easy DIY for us. Would definitely buy again. Weatherstripping is extremely good on it as well.

Door came warped and hinges not mortise properly. When I called for warranty service, they were very rude.

The door is great however the quality control needs help. One sidelight is ? inches taller than the other that creates an uneven gap at the top.

Lousy wood cutting job. I used wood putty to cover multiple wood imperfections before I was able to paint. One door weatherstrip was too short. Bottom screws not well positioned. Gaping space between brickmold and door jamb. Door sill was smashed in. Feather River refused to ship a replacement and said I had to either return the whole door or pay for a new door sill which would take 8-10 weeks to get. Kudos to HD (Virginia Beach Celebration) for their help.

Great style. We are very pleased with the quality and how easy it was to install. Would highly recommend!

Best door for a reasonable price. Follow the instructions closely and the door will fit and paint well, handle gently. Pay most attention to: 1) frame prep. (had to resize frame due to very sloppy old work), 2) shims (cut many, take time, make sure gaps are even and shims tight), 3) sanding for paint (220 to 320 grit, very lightly). I painted red latex semi-gloss, first coat looks awful, other coats great. Some over-glue was cut out, a blemish filled, resized upper strike hole. Beautiful door!

For it not to be painted and have to paint yourself I think is of real huge inconvenience waiting 3 months to have it delivered was a huge inconvenience other than that the door itself as perfect

Value for your dollar, easy installation, triple pane sidelights, quality materials, insulated door, lets in lots of light on once dark area, will be little maintenance, and beautiful appearance. Has been installed over a month. Love it

Like most doors manufactured today, the factory rushes to build the doors. I really wish they would take a little more time on the door hinges. They are the most important part of the door, while installing them. Overall, I satisfied!

First of all the delivery man did not even ring my bell to let me know he was here. Just left them in the driveway. Secondly they were slightly larger than advertised. I had to cut the opening larger to make them fit

We love our new door. We get lots of compliments on it. The price was so affordable, better than any of the other hardware stores. We are very happy with our purchase!
