Nice combination of options: bright soft white, dimmable, enclosed & damp locations OK. Minus one star for upside down enclosed locations having a short life, otherwise a very good bulb for the price.

The store had just these in 100w-e bulb if I didn't want daylight K (and I didn't). Replacing cfl, same w-e, lumens & K but prematurely died, but they seem brighter. Not using dimming feature. Early days but so far I like them. Might have been OK with 75w-e, and OK with K color (might prefer cool white if available).

Very happy with these bright white
colored 100 wt bulbs. Works better than soft white for me as I have diminished sight in one eye.
