Needed to replace 1 of 2 bulbs in the kitchen. Decided replace both. They were well over 10 years (GE brand), and 1 old and 1 new probably would not look well. The lighting expert at H/D pointed these out. They were 100W LED equivalent. Old were incandescent. I installed them & went about my business in the kitchen. About 45 minutes in one of them burst & smashed on the island. Disappointed but "defects happen". 10 minutes later the other burst. That goes beyond defects. That's a brand problem.

This is my 2nd bulb. The 1st one I purchased continuously flickered so I returned it, but the 2nd bulb does the same. I can dim it and that helps. Keeping it because these are hard to find.

This is a great light bulb that will save you many kWh over its life. This unit was installed where energy cost $0.41/kWh into a ceiling fan lamp. It emits a pleasing spectrum for a bedroom. My only only complaint is with Home Depot proper who's website proved consistently worthless, and provided misleading information regarding stocking levels at the local store where I shopped. However, in this case the actual unit is acceptable.

One of the three light bulbs I bought blew up when I turned on this morning.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet. It is a backup bulb for an existing fixture, so I presume it will be fine.

The first bulb lasted 3 days, and the replacement lasted 7 days. The quality is not acceptable at all.

Second ones that I have had to replace in 5 years. On all day. Put out lots of light.

It works and is ideal for the situation for which i purchased it.

Very easy to install and lighting excellent. So much cooler than similar incandescent bulbs.

Change to dimmable LED from incandescent is positive in light quality and energy savings. I should have bought this bulb long ago.

This bulb is hard to find. I’m glad I found it at Home Depot.

Very good just wish it was a higher wattage. Not as bright as I thought.

The bulb is very bright and matches my GE 100-Watt G40 bulbs. The only issue with it is that it is labeled as "dimmable" but starts to flicker when you start to dim it down.

It replaced an incandescent bulb on a wall dinner. From max bright moving down it goes brighter for a second then does dim. No big deal. It will last, I calculated til I’m about 85 so I’m ok.

These look and work just like their incandescent counterparts with much lower consumption. The color is warm, as I wanted.

Bulb died and globe fell off after 5 days. Bulb brightness was also poor.

Good light bulb for over the breakfast table.
