The image on the listing shows the bulb width of 2.4 inches. The actual size is a little over 3 inches. Due to this I could not install it in my fixture. Please fix the listing so people like me won't waste their time going to the store and back with a product that is the wrong size.

This bulb has plenty of brightness but I was a little disappointed with the yellow hue it had. As you willI see in the pictures the bulb on the left is a 100 watt bright white bulb with a blue/white hue. This 150 watt bulb is on the right with yellow/white hue. The color may be fine for inside where color is not critical. But in a garage setting I need a bulb with better color.

Great performer. This bulb draws 35 watts and out performed my sodium vapor bulb that draws 125 watts and 350 VA. The old bulb turns on slowly, starting at a soft pink and takes minutes to warm up and brighten up. Additionally the ballast would buzz. I disconnected the ballast and wired the socket directly to the wall wiring. I did have to change the socket angle a little since this bulb is a little larger in diameter than my old one. This LED is brighter, makes no noise and instant on so I can turn the light on and use it right away saving power while it is on.

The bSse is to close and large to the socket to screw into all lights. The bulb looks odd and is kinda cheap plastic feel, but very bright and awesome. I've used other high output LED and unless this is considerably cheaper if prolly pass this iteams over for. I don't know what else to say about a light bulb so I'm going to finish out with this saying...

Lamp is rated up to 25,000 hours of use and 2605 lumens. I was planning on installing shop lights in my garage, but think this is a low cost solution. I recommend trying one for your self. The Daylight lamp color emitts very similar color as a traditional daylight incandescent lamp. The lamp is rated 120-277 volt making it versatile for any application.

I initially selected this bulb to operate in a two car garage and was very pleased with its performance. When luminated, there are no dark corners in the room. I next installed the light bulb in the backyard outlet and was very pleased with the extensive field of illumination. The energy efficient LED bulb is always cool to the touch, instant on, and operates to -13F which is great for my northern climate.

While yes I was a little skeptical at first, oddly looking bulb. However, unlike a spotlight which is just on focused area, this is everywhere. Now to really put it to the test, I mounted it on a 15 foot pole over the yard. It turns a dark night into daylight. If I put one of these on each side of my house I would think it was daytime at midnight. OK, little exaggerated, but still, it puts out lots of light. While there are a few places where you would not want that much light, near the neighbors, etc. This would be great for a back yard, only one light needed versus several spot lights.. It's not a harsh light either, it doesn't blind so you can see real well. There is only one drawback, the stem or base is shorter than some bulbs, especially spotlight bulbs. However, yo can buy separately a base extender. Other than that, highly recommended.

I have an area in my basement shop that I consider my tool room. It has a single receptacle in the center of the ceiling for a standard bulb. I tried a 100 w equivalent CFL and a 100W filament LED but was never happy with light they provided. I was considering a T5 4' LED fixture when I saw this 150 W daylight bulb. Since it was the simplest option I decided to give it a try. I'm very happy with the result. It's a very white light and perfect for the area. Photos show this light vs CFL and filament LED. The improvement is not as obvious in the photos as it is in person.

I have a work shop that I wanted to light with a single bulb. This LED bulb did the trick. It's a 150 watt bulb but only uses 24 watts of power, so it's a big savings. I tried it out in my large garage and this single bulb provided all the light needed. Provides 360 degrees of even light. I also do real estate photography and I am now going to buy 6 more of these bulbs and use them because they provide 5000K,of light, which is perfect for daylight color photography.

This is an amazing and a very bright bulb as you can see from the pictures. Compare it to the normal LED bulbs in my garage and you will see that it lights up the garage very well. With the plastic housing and the fact that it has a medium base (E26) this makes a great replacement bulb for any location where you need a lot of light. I am ordering 3 more of these for my garage and I shouldn’t have any more issues with lighting in the garage. I will repeat; it screws into a normal light bulb socket so replacing old bulbs with this is easy. One thing that I can advise when searching the Depot website is to add E26 to your search line, as I had a hard time finding this particular bulb without that in it. In fact, I couldn’t find it at all without that in the description. I can’t say enough about the brightness of this bulb. The package says it lasts 35 years with an average daily use of 3 hours, so it will make a nice bulb for those difficult to replace lights also. I definitely recommend this bulb.

Super bright. I got this for my farmhouse light above the garage. My wife likes to have light when we come home at night. At night it lights up the whole front so I'm pleased and also that it has 300watt brightness but only takes a fraction of power. I will be installing a timer for the light to have it come on inn the evening. The shape and size works well with the light fixture we have.

I obtained the Feit Electric 150-Watt Equivalent Oversized High Lumen Daylight (5000K) HID Utility LED Light Bulb to replace a CFL in my work light. I built the work light to use when replacing light fixtures in my house or when remodeling a room with limited lighting. I found that a high wattage (greater 100 watts) incandescent bulb produced lots of unwanted heat; therefore, I have been using a CFL bulb in the work light, but the CFL bulb was broken during my last remodel. This Feit 150 Watt Utilily LED fits the bill perfectly. It produces lots of high quality light (150 Watts and 5000K) and adds very little heat into the room. The Feit LED bulb is big, but it fit perfectly in the protector on my work light.

Seriously bright. This is a 300w lightbulb that uses 35w of power, its incredible. Yes, its oversized but if you have the space for it, this thing is the bees knees. We have a a mix of various LED lights in the garage but there was always a corner that was darker than the rest, problem solved. Typical plastic housing but feels well made. I hope it lasts forever, Genuinely one of the best purchases Ive made in a long time.

High lumen output, great lamp. This is a great lamp. 35w rated at 4000 lumen output, it really does put out a TON of light. I had a piddly little 400 lumen lamp on my back porch that did a terrible job of illuminating that area. After installing this, it’s almost literally a night and day difference. The pictures don’t do it justice but it’s like this thing light ups certain nearby spots like daylight, and puts out very little relative heat. The only possible issue is how large the bulb diameter is. It’s definitely on the large side, but most fixtures should be able to accept them. I had to swap out my junky contractor-grade fixture to accept this bulb but I needed To do that anyway and I hated the old fixture. This bulb is fantastic for those outdoor areas you need to light up brightly at night, and would work great for large indoor spaces as well.

The bulb is installed as easy as the regular light bulb. It illuminate the area much better. Though I only have one socket, it still works great. I'm very pleased with it.

It’s a lightbulb….apply 110VAC and it repels darkness!

Bulb is very bright. As long as it lasts it is a good choice for garage with low ceilings, basements etc.
