It is as beautiful as pictured

The light is beautiful and elegant. It’s exactly what I wanted. It was very easy to install.

So beautiful and good price . My only disappointment each glass panel has to be put in by the buyer . and the means of attachment is pretty flimsy . I had to have the installer attach them after the frame was installed in the ceiling ,causing the installation to cost double what it would have been . But I'm happy with the finished product .

This chandelier is really pretty. Our handyman installed it with an assistant and it took about an hour. The crystals hang in individual frames and don’t necessarily hang perfectly straight. We have the four bulb version and it gives off a lot a light. I definitely recommend.

This chandelier is very pretty. It gives a chic modern, yet elegant look to the foyer. The metal part looks more like black, even though it is very dark brown. The bulb changing is relatively easier as the base are sidewise and down, specially if your chandelier is hanging from high ceiling. While installation, after putting in all crystal prism plates, they needs to be cleaned to wipe away the fingerprints on them. That is why it could be a bit painstaking due to time consumption. However, this extra labor pays off when you see the end result.

Replaced an original chandelier in our entrance with this and absolutely love it. We renovated the area to a coastal look and this just fits in perfectly!

The chandelier is beautiful. I was able to install it with the assistance of my husband. The only issue I have is the phone number on the instructions to call for help does not work. You also couldn't email anyone. That's poor customer service. Thank goodness for YouTube.

I love it! It is beautiful and unique!

The light is lovely. It was easy to assemble. It was packaged very well. The crystals have a great color. Not cloudy like some light fixtures.

Great chandelier for the price.

The light is very beautiful and I plan on using scandinavian furniture. Great price for the value. I actually thought it would do better on the prism side giving out more of a rainbow effect. However, it does have the pretty prism undertones when I use a conventional (not LED) light bulb.

It is really nice and the perfect style for my entry way. Prettier than the picture. I would suggest putting the crystals on with gloves because it is difficult to clean them once it’s hung.

JUST WONDERFUL

This beautiful Chandelier hides a flaw in the hooks that suspend the crystal prisms. the hooks are a thin metal "C" shaped clasp. This design isn't secure. soldering may be required.

Ordered this to be installed in our new home once it is completed. The order and delivery were as promised. Condition appears good. But until it is installed we are unable to comment on its overall value. But it's a unique light and we can hardly wait!

Great bargain on a beautiful light.

First off, we like the fixtures. I unpacked them and installed according to instructions. The last think I did was unpack the prisms, in there lies he problem. There were two prisms completely broken and three chipped, no problem right, because they give you a number to call for missing parts or other damage.Well, I called that number and got no resolution to the problem, they gave my other numbers to call and those weren't any better. To this day I don't have any resolution. It seems to me to be a very simple problem, right, just send me replacements. I guess I am going to have to take the fixture down and return it to Home Depot and order another new one, what a waste and unnecessary expense.

I loved this light fixture and it was a great price. Except that the crystal prisms came defective. I thought the prisms were dirty with smudges, etc. So I cleaned then cleaned again. Then I bought chandelier cleaner (which is AWESOME by the way), but that didn't work either. Because the prisms had LOTS of imperfections WITHIN the prisms. Home Depot contacted the manufacturer who said it's not supposed to be that way. This fixture is labor intensive because each prism must be hung manually. So rather than try again by replacing this light fixture, I bought a different one instead. If not for the defective prisms, the fixture is gorgeous and I wouldn't have replaced it.

Two prisms were delivered broken. The small hooks that attach the prisms to the lamp should be stronger as a the prisms are heavy. Otherwise the chandelier is beautiful I love the way it looks in my foyer.

Love how this lights looks. Very well packaged. Not too much trouble to add crystals to frame however the small metal hooks that attach the crystals to the frame are every flimsy and cheap - and you only get two replacements if they bend and break during attachment.

Painstaking to put the chrystals on but beautiful results. Used a dimmer, it looks fab!

Frame wasn't straight and as such some of the crystals don't hang properly. I also think the crystal fasteners should be of a safer and better quality.

Termie (11/20/17) has an amazingly well prepared review. I decided to look at one for myself and the display also hung slightly crooked. I do not believe that Termies problem was the wiring throwing it off. The support rod attaching the lamp to the shade is off center, causing the lamp to hang out-of-balance. I'm going to try balancing the lamp prior to installation either by bending the rod slightly (to move the center of gravity under the chain) or weighting the rim of the lamp. Wish me luck.

It is a beautiful chandler and would make any stairwell, dinning room table or entryway look magnificent. As far as installing it, it can be a challenging. Almost all chandlers of this complexity will take some time and patience to install but when you are done it will be well worth it. When I opened the box and fond out that the prisms were not attached to the frame that it was going to take some time but once I got the mounting bracket installed it only tuck about an hour to assemble. A ladder with a shelf is the way to install if you are doing it alone. It is much easier it you have a partner. Good luck with your projects.
