This product is very poor quality, especially for the high price tag. Not at all worth the money. The panels are very thin and the finish is poor. This product looks cheap, feels cheap and the color Boticcino Cream was not what I expected. Returned it immediately and decided to tile instead.

We are very pleased with this shower unit. It is easily installed and easy to keep clean.

I really love this shower wall. My husband installed it and he said it was very easy to work with. He was able to cut it with a utility knife (using several passes as instructed). It went up quickly and easily. It came with a protective film of plastic to protect it during installation which you just peel off when you're ready. We have an old house with uneven walls and ceiling and an old cast iron tub without feet that sits in the corner of the bathroom. The trim pieces hide the unevenness of the walls and we didn't have to use the 3rd panel since we only have two walls for the shower. The color matched caulk which is included matched very well too. I've used the shower for two weeks now and it's very durable and waterproof. It's beautiful and professional looking and really improved the look of the bathroom. If you're looking to update/repair your shower at a fraction of the cost of a professional, with a durable product and a professional look, I highly recommend this product.

Love our Royale shower wall surround in Calacatta white! When our plumber came in last week to install the shower arm and had to touch the walls to determine that it wasn't marble - I knew we had made the right choice. We have received several compliments from the sub-contractors - and hubby and I put the panels up! We watched the videos from Flexstone several times to be certain we were doing things correctly, and took our time. Results are awesome!

I absolutely LOOOOOOVE this!! It's beautiful, and functional. My contractors were able to remove my old shower/tub unit and install this one in the same day. I was able to use the shower the next day when the caulking dried. I think it is just as nice as tile, without the hassle, days of installation and upkeep on the grout. I would definitely recommend this product.

We just completed our bathroom remodel and love the new shower. The Flexstone was easy to work with and installed quickly. We had profesionly installed but this would be a good product for a diy project. It looks great.

I was a little confused when i picked this up because it was not the box of a insert shower, it was flat. Also i think the home depot associates where confused because it took the receiving manager to find it. So we were there about 45 min to pick up a internet order. Essentially this was foam board that u if u put it up correctly can be water proof. We installed for a client but for the price u can do real tile. Only time will tell how it holds up to being a shower.

It's a beautiful product. It was shipped well, no damage...only time will tell ! I feel as though it's a bit pricey for the actual material...I do love it though! It's not quite finished

Installation complete in one bath and now considering for second bath. Fits the need in odd size configuration so common in manufactured homes. Easy to work with, light weight, great information videos on FlexStone website. A true DIY product that gives a professional look when complete!

I just finished installing the Flexstone Alaskan Ivory shower surround after removing a Jacuzzi tub. I live in a mobile home where measurements are not always perfect. We removed all the drywall down to the studs and installed mold and moisture resistant drywall. The Flexstone installation was the easiest of the entire project. We applied the adhesive to the drywall and then set the Flexstone to the wall, much easier to handle. Adhesive "took" right away so proper pre-measurement is important. The pieces were slightly larger in inches so trimming was necessary but again easy. The matching silicone was perfect for the sides and borders. The shipping was quick, no damage in delivery. The best part about the Flexstone is the quick and easy squeegeeing of the walls after a shower. No grout or bumpy tile to contend with and no mold build-up on the grout. Totally thrilled the product.

Product is well made and once installed it should work very well. It is a product for those seniors who don’t want to clean grount anymore.

One of the worst experiences I have encountered. Communication was horrible, both shipments were damaged (as in had a forklift go through the product in both cases). And since this pushed my project end date back my buisness lost money. And I still had to use a partially damaged product due to not being able to wait another 2 weeks for a 3rd damaged shipment.

There seems to be some packaging or shipping issues as both surrounds arrived damaged and unusable.

Replaced Tub w/Shower

I ordered this product and it was damaged in shipping. Neither HD or Flexstone want to take accountability to expedite a replacement. Instead they point fingers while I wait another 10+ days to receive a replacement while my bathroom is out of commission. That is if the third party shipper can deliver without damaging again.....

Went up rather quickly and looks wonderful!

good quality and included everything I needed. Was easy to install. Also because I had to modify the size to fit my desired space it was easy to cut and fit in place.

I've installed many tub and shower surrounds as I am a Master Plumber and Plumbing Contractor and this is by far the worst item I've ever installed. Homeowner purchase the item. Takes about 3 to 4 times as long as a standard fiberglass tub/shower surround kit. Waste of time and money. I had to charge 3x the standard tub surrounds install price due how much longer it takes, coupled with all of the added products needed to install. I wouldn't put this product in a house of someone I hate.

This is a beautiful shower wall kit that was easy for me to install. However to install it yourself, you need to have some basic tool skills. When planning, be sure to go to Flexstone's website and order up to 3 different color samples free of charge. This helped me in deciding the proper finish and to see the thickness and quality of the product. I would have rated this 5 stars but the back panel had a badly damaged edge. Fortunately my shower was 54" wide and I was able cut off the damage.

Looks great. Feels sturdy. The Pro Shop was terrific to work with to select just what we wanted.

COntractor found it seasy to install. Like the corner strips on the outside of the surround corners, allowing silicone caulkt on inside. Supplied adhesive worked well.

Product arrived at My Home damaged had to wait two weeks to get a replacement. it held my project up for two weeks now that it’s installed. It looks beautiful.
