Rusting stainless steel
Appliances purchased and delivered Jan of 2022 out side of refrigerator and microwave are rusting. Home depot basically referred me to Frigidaire and Frigidaire said rust wasn't covered as part of their warranty. Very disappointed in home depot. Spent over $20,000 doing multiple kitchen and bath renos

Nice refrigerator but LEAKED!
I had no issues with the refrigerator until I went to replace the water filter. While running the water for a few minutes, I noticed a puddle of water as it was dispensing out the back of the fridge also. The tube inside the refrigerator was broken. This is a new home and had the refrigerator installed when I moved in so the water has been dispensing out the back for at least 6 months. Got it fixed but now getting the run around on the damage claim. Will never buy another Frigidaire again!!!

Problem Door
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator door seal constantly drops loose. Sometimes only slightly loose where the door will not close completely. Sometimes completely loose where the seal is falling off.

Decent but has some issues I don't like.
Purchased November 10, 2021. Does have a clunky motor noise in the back bottom sometimes and condensation has been building up and running down the outside ice door flap. No deli drawer. Its just an ok fridge.

Thankful Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this refrigerator. Surprisingly, I have plenty of space inside both the refrigerator and freezer. I actually appreciate its depth. Granted, I have gone from filling a refrigerator for a family of 8 down to a refrigerator for 2. I have traded in my bottom freezer, French door model for this. Having done so, I like the way I can organize my frozen foods In my Frigidaire. And, as a bonus, I can add magnets to my doors.

Smudged, small, and dim
Bought a week ago and it was covered with fingerprints as it was being set up. Why is a fridge this expensive NOT fingerprint resistant? The light on the fridge side is so dim you barely see anything past the top shelf. Door shelves do not hold much.

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the water/ice feature. I live in AZ and keeps up with our family of 6 needs for ice throughout the day. The fridge let's us know the life of the water filter change and keeps water cold even without the ice. The only complaint I have is the capacity isn't large for a family of 6 but a family of 4 or less shouldn't be an issue at all.

Excellent Product

I took his advice and wish I bought this brand first. Now I’m waiting for all my other appliances to go so I can replace them with Frigidaire.

Worth the wait

We are still adjusting refrigerator temp to make sure items in rear don’t freeze. Ice maker/water spout on door is simple but functional. Runs a lot, but relatively quiet motor.

Good value if you get a good sale price
Lack of lighting, dark at the bottom. We had to adjust setting to just below recommended settings for hi temp beep to stop. No lights are lighting up for the air filter. Not sure why that's not showing. Otherwise it seems to be doing its primary job.

Great Refrigerator!

Design flaw

The Worst!
We purchased this from Home Depot June 2014. The 2 drawers cracked in 5 years. Now it is cracked in the base which can’t be repaired. The final straw is that the digital display is now turning off by itself and the refrigerator side is freezing everything. Home Depot and Frigidaire won’t do anything about it. Our last refrigerator was a GE and it lasted 14 years. This lasted 7 years. We are going back to GE since now we’re forced to buy a new one.

So far, so good!

A Few design issues!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and style of this fridge, but after having it only a day I noticed one design flaw that I wish could be fixed! The bottom two refrigerator drawers cannot open fully without hitting the inside frame of the door. You have to push the door beyond its full open position and then angle the drawer out.

Great addition to my kitchen!

I love the side by side freezer because it has multiple shelves and areas where I can store frozen items. The refrigerator part is also spacious, with well placed shelves and drawers. The stainless steel finish is very modern and really gives my kitchen a well needed update. I am extremely pleased with this appliance!

Do NOT buy one of these fridges!
The water dispenser barely worked it would take a solid 5-8min to fill a small cup, and the ice maker barely made any ice. Contacted support Frigidaire said it was on my end and the water line. Had someone come out and replace the entire line and it would fill a bucket up in no time at all. Hooked it back up same issue. Then they brought a brand new replacement same model, and once again same issue. I said nope returned it got a whirlpool and no issues at all with it. Never again!

Its Just Ok
Has a slight hum while on. Shuts off when you open the doors. While using the crushed ice, the refrigeration moves. Water dispenser water is not cold.
