This machine is awesome especially when compared to some popular brands with reviews that all left me worried about buying a washer for my new home. I shopped around before finally settling on my Frigidaire 4.1 cu. ft top load washer which surprisingly didnt even come up in any of the top rated washer reviews. In fact, I found it after becoming frustrated in my search and only after thinking about the great washer that i had in my old rental apartment which was so good that i had to go through hoops to figure out the exact brand and model (Frigidaire 4.1 cu. ft) and then I placed my order....It's not dreamy perfect but it meets most of my laundry needs and expectation by far and gets my clothes very nice and clean. I especially love that i can see all phases of the laundry cycle through the glass top and I have several wash options that are available with great water levels and agitation. Delivery and install was great too.... My only concern so far is that I occassionally hear a heavy thumping sound during the rinse fill cycle. This is something i'm watching and will report if it persists.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my wife Jordan just bought a brand new LENNAR house and we were so blessed to also get this amazing Frigidaire washer. This washer is really great with lots of washing modes that are just perfect for all the types of clothes that we have. So far it has been doing an excellent job keeping our clothes fresh and clean and we will use it even more in the upcoming months since we are expecting our second child.

This machine is terrible - do not buy one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer we have is only 2 years old, this past year we noticed we have unbalanced issues when having smaller loads due to the agitator redistributing the items to one side of the drum causing unbalanced problems during spin cycles, now we been washing smaller loads in the past when we first bought the washer and the washer handled the items well so I assumed that the suspension rods was damaged, so I replaced all 4 suspension this month, I did notice that I had 1 bad rear suspension rod, so I thought this would actually work come to find out that the problem still exists even with 4 new suspension rods. So from reading all reviews and frequently asked questions on the website seems like it is just a design flaw, so as of right now I will deal with not washing light loads until we purchase a new washer, if it was not for the agitator throwing clothes to one side of the drum causing unbalanced this washer would actually be a good washer.

This machine was included in the price of our home. We were excited to have a brand new fancy washing machine. We've been in our home for about 14 months now, and recently this E3 error code came up. The manual literally says the solution for the E3 code is to "close the door". However, the door was completely closed the whole time. Upon further research online, I determined that it was the lid lock. I took out the two back screws, as instructed in a repair video, and opened the machine so I could access the lid lock. I found that the lid lock was still engaging, as I could pop it out and in with my finger. Another online user said it was probably the control board which sends the signal to engage the lid lock. There wasn't much I could do about it, but I ensured all of the wires were connected properly, and that everything was snug in its proper housing. Upon continuing to try and get this machine to work, I found that the lid will literally lock and then immediately unlock itself. The machine won't run if the lid lock is not in place. My main point here is that it is LUDICROUS for such a tiny glitch to render such an advanced machine completely useless. This is appalling and unacceptable for a product at this price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer to match the new dryer I needed. I had a Samsung front load washer and matching dryer. Both were 5yrs old and the heating element kept burning out on the dryer (3x). I purchased the washer in order to have the matching set. I love not having to bend down to load/unload the washer. Gave 4 starts only because it’s a little louder than a front loader and the “quick wash” cycle takes over an hour. I’ve had it for almost a month.

We both think the clothes come out much cleaner, and it's so user friendly to figure out how it works. It looks beautiful, too. We love how the lid stays open in every position (the last one kept slamming down on us!) The size is fantastic for large loads, and it operates quietly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this just under a month ago and it has washed everything superbly. I appreciate the water level sensor which has helped save on our water bill! It has seen everything from dry-fit athletic wear to dirty poopy cloth diapers!

My family is so happy with the product at a affordable price

If you are used to selecting your own settings to wash your clothes you should probably forget about it. This washing machine attempts to figure out how much water you need by agitating the load without water first. Often, this causes the clothing to bunch up and trigger the E5 unlevel load setting and stop it altogether. I have had this happen 3 or 4 times on a load and you have to reset it each time. Then when it does decide to work, it often doesn't even get all the items wet during the 1st cycle. The only override is to put it on "Maxi Fill" but that only works on certain cycles. Oh and it leaks. I was impressed at first but this thing is a stinker.

This is by far the best washer we ha e owned! Our other washer had been giving us problems for awhile and finally gave out we love this one it’s huge and very powerful!

Item arrived and started okay for the delivery person. He left, and it completed the cycle (empty). I started my own cycle with clothes in it, and it stopped working mid cycle. Looked in the Manuel, the error code said to try a few things which we did. The error continued to reoccur. Every cycle we try stops mid cycle and will not compete. I was so excited to have the new washing machine and now it won’t even work, the company is closed for the holiday and my Home Depot email confirmation says I must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. How can I do that when they’re all closed due to a holiday? Beyond frustrated and sad. Don’t buy it....
