Worked great. I cut it easily to size with hacksaw. I used construction adhesive to bond it to the cement floor (I was adding it to a garage walkdoor).

I needed it to match the frame but it was the wrong size.

Threshold itself works and looks great so far. I screwed mine into place, and I like how the vinyl strip hides the screws for a very clean look (although I hope I don't have to remove that threshold because it will be difficult to pull out without breaking the vinyl strip). I docked a star because the instructions for installation are pretty lacking, and the whole threshold is designed to be attached to the door frame. My frame was already installed, so there was no way to drive a nail from the wall side of the frame into the wood base of the threshold. I'd venture to guess many others are in the same situation, so I wish the product was manufactured with that possibility in mind and came with appropriate instructions/mounting screws. Here is the process I used to install the threshold:1) With a small flat head screwdriver, pry remove and the staples holding the black plastic/vinyl to the wood threshold base, and slide the vinyl strip off.2) Measure and cut the threshold to length (if needed) with a hacksaw3) Measure and cut any cutouts required for the threshold to fit around the door jam. Since my hack saw couldn't cut such small, sharp corners, I cut small pieces out at angles, then filed the rough edges down with a file to get a smooth edge.4) Dry fit the threshold in place without the black vinyl strip. Measure where to drill holes through the wood base. I secured mine with 4 screws. My threshold is in my basement/garage, so I used a masonry drill bit to (slowly) drill the small holes I needed into the floor to the correct depth.5) Screw the threshold in place.6) Cut the black vinyl strip to length. Place the vinyl in position, and use a rubber mallet to fit it back into place.7) I have not done this yet as I don't think it's entirely necessary, but you can re-staple the vinyl to the wood threshold base.8) If you have any large gaps between the threshold and door frame, you can fill them with a clear caulk.

The process was quick and easy.

Excellent value. Leveled easily comes with a lock and the bins help with organization. The lid can be a little tricky but that's a testament to the seal. Great product
