This product would be a lot easier to install if the threshold wasn’t already nailed to the wood.

Installment instruction were not clear at all.

Item was an exact duplicate of the threshold I was replacing and worked fine. The original was attached by long staples through the door jambs into the wood backer strip under the threshold. Trouble with the new one was that this same method of attachment that the installation instructions listed was not possible because the door was already in place. I had to drill holes in the threshold to screw it into the wooden floor. Be prepared to plan your own method.

The threshold was easily installed and met my porch door needs.

It is easy to install and threshold complement the old door.

Fit perfect, no problems

Package shoes all the tools you need in the front. Once you open it up and look on the back, then they tell you that screws are not included

Installed a new storm door and needed a new threshold and this worked out great! Fairly thin so easy trim work.

Excellent threshold for exterior door (or in my case, the door leading into the garage). Very sturdy - nice and wide, perfect elevation for standard install and frame. Was very easy to cut length to size using dremel (easier if you have a better tool).

Excellent price and product. Just what I was looking for to complete new door installation.

I needed a new threshold for the house that I am remodeling. The rear door to the house had a lot of water damage to the bottom, so I removed the old threshold. This one fit perfectly because there is a screen door on the outside of the set up. The taller piece of the wedge fit perfectly up against the bottom of the storm door while the lower part of the wedge, the aluminum piece, fit snuggly against the bottom of the door and sealed out the elements. So it was a double seal. I do wish there would have been some sort of installation instructions though, because it took me a lot longer to try and figure out how to install it. I ended up drilling four small holes and then securing it to the floor with four screws and sealing the area with caulk.
