Came with out 3year old new built home. Doesn’t completely clean, now Leaked causing flooding on floors. Took out water dispenser is completely burnt off

Ever since I got this dishwasher the top rack keeps on unscrewing from the wall of the dishwasher .

Garbage do not buy heater element gasket does not stay attached to element causing leaks and damage to floors /sub floor and framing members in floor system would give 0 stars if I could.

This dishwasher has been nothing but problematic. Installed about a year ago now it shuts off during cycles and you have to turn the breaker off each time to reset it.

Basically purchased dishwasher in November of 2021. 2 years later it started tripping my GFI breaker. I thought problem could be with the breaker it self since the DW is only 2 years old. Electrician came replaced the breaker, looked if there is any loose connection (there was none) but it’s still tripping breaker. I called GE service and they said there is 1 year warranty ughh… Don’t waste your time and money on GE appliances. Obviously they are junk! Shame on you GE!

This dishwasher was manufactured in 2019 and is already dead. What a waste of money.

Unit shuts off won't restart until you go to main fuse box to restart dishwasher. Not happy about this development.

This product was sold in a retail store with an internal defect. There was a hole in the interior of the wash bin where the heating element was installed. Appears the installation of the heating element was poor and quality control did not inspect prior to delivering to the store to be sold. I now have to replace the product with one that does not have a third row for utensils because the model is no longer available. However, GE did agree to replace and did have excellent customer service to assist. I was just disappointed with this specific product.

Love the little pull out basket on top that you can house skinny items like chopsticks and knives without the worry of them falling to the bottom of the unit.

They only last about four years. Even the more expensive ones.

GE makes a wonderful dishwasher… I have a handyman business an I always recommend them over other brands.. I just purchased this one for my new house..

Bought this for a kitchen renovation. Specs were spot on. Runs pretty quietly. Does a great job!

Good thing this product is discontinued! We got this in Jan/Feb of 2020 right after moving in to our new house. Loved it particularly coz of that third rack and the bottle jets. However, to say we’re disappointed is an understatement. This thing started dying out a couple of months ago (turns off and won’t come back on unless I kill the switch on the main box downstairs, wait a few and turn it back on. And even with that it’s a hit or miss sometimes!!!) worse still, it might start a load and shut off midway. Anyways, would say do not buy this junk but seems like GE beat me to the punch by discontinuing the product

Builder installed this unit, we assumed b/c it had the GE name, it was good quality. The upper washer arm will not stay attached during the wash cycles. Does not get dishes clean, very cheaply made.

Lots of extras. Having an old dishwasher there’s so many options other than normal and pots and pans! I also love the 3rd top rack for silverware. So excited to use!!!

Love it so far. Looks great in our kitchen. We’ve only had it a week but giving all thumbs up so far. Cleans excellent and runs quietly. Simple yet great features.

Leaves my dishes clean. There’s a third tier that allows you to store smaller items that might otherwise fall through the lower racks.

So far, I love the dishwasher. It runs quietly. When I did some test runs and had to do adjustments installing it, without the insulation, it was still quiet. I say not too many features meaning you're not overwhelmed by dozens of different possible settings. I have tested the no pre-rinse option using the steam to knock off debris and so far, I have not had to re-wash any dishes. For convenience, I love the top rack for my silverware. It makes it easy to use and they are definitely cleaned. Also gives me the opportunity to put spatulas up there too. Overall, I do like this so far. I got a really good deal on this dishwasher and I'm glad I went with it.

I was completely redoing my condo's kitchen and replacing my outdated appliances. I was so pleased to purchase all the appliances in the GE suite. Everything looks so very nice.

I haven’t had a dishwasher in over five years, and I absolutely hate doing dishes. I moved into a new house almost a year ago and the dishwasher was broken and leaked. After reviewing so many different dishwashers I settled on this one. It’s affordable and still good quality. It’s the quietest dishwasher I’ve heard, and it cleans very well. My only slight issue is it doesn’t completely dry everything, but it only leave a little bit of water so it’s not a huge deal. So glad I finally have some help and can save time doing something I’ve always loathed.

So, a couple years ago I feel in love with GE's 'Slate' finish. Purchased a GE electric stove and microwave. And they work just fine. Have since been looking for decent prices on a GE side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher. Recent events (Covid-19) have pushed prices higher on these appliances. Finally pulled the trigger and purchase the diswasher. First, it's quiet, very quiet. Second, items washed all seem to come out well cleaned. However, items placed in the third (top) rack stay wet and drip water all oveer rhe lower racks when unloading. So, my final verdict is still being formulated. for now I give it a 3 and 1/2 star rating. Maybe GE will reach out to me to advise how tro solve my concern. Time will tell - - -

We have only had it for a few weeks but it is a great dishwasher! I appreciate the extra flat rack on top for knives and the versatility of the racks

I love the new wash cycles and design! The spoons, forks and knives are over top and the new zones washing is the bomb! It saves money and time! I am a loyal GE customer so I even more happy with my new appliances!

Cell phone could not capture greasy residue left on some of the dishware. If it is plastic, dishwasher does not clean well. (Spatula, saucers, bowls, and cups)

We love our new dishwasher. The third rack on the top is a great feature and I didn’t know what I was missing all these years.

It's 50 db just filling with water, it averages 65 db washing. The insulation blanket is cheap with nothing to hold it in place. There is no top trim. The side trim is a firm press fit on the dishwasher and just hooks around the face frame of the cabinet. My old Samsung trim slid on the dishwasher and screwed to the edge of the face frame, it looked a lot more finished and was easier to install. Level the unit is more of a pain than it needs to be. On the two front feet, I had to use a u-joint to get a socket on it for adjusting. On the back feet, I had to remove the door spring to get a socket on for adjusting. This is just poor design. My old Samsung sat on three feet, all easily adjustable from the front with it fully installed. There is thoughtless engineering throughout with the only apparent goal being how cheap they can make it. It showed up without a box having been "wet tested" with soggy manuals. This has been a poor experience. I will not buy a GE appliance again and it's probably the last appliance from Home Depot.

Compared to my older dishwasher this one is phenomenal! Everything comes out spotless and completely dry! The third rack is extremely convenient and the bottle jets work well. The unit is a little louder than expected and the cycles seem to be very long…but overall I would definitely recommend!
