GE Quality
I love my new GE stove I always wanted a smooth top and was happy it was on sale. I wanted black because my refrigerator and dishwasher are black and also GE.

Third time around and still loving it!!!
This is the third time that we have had this stove. The first two times were in apartments that we rented. So when it was time to purchase a stove of course this was the obvious choice.

New Stove
The delivery guys were excellent. All the elements seem to work just fine. My only minor complaint is that at the back of the stove one of the screws was not screwed in properly (top left). The holes are not lined up probably so I guess the assembly guy/robot just left it hanging in place. I was able to get it in, but it's not flush; nevertheless, I give it 4 stars so far because it's a beautiful appliance, the elements work, and the delivery guys were awesome.

Love the new stove!
I looked a several different models from different companies before choosing the GE. When I was opening the oven doors was the true test. The quality of this stove was better than stoves costing hundreds more.

New kitchen stove

Broken top when hot or cooling.
I have had this same type of stove replaced once because the oven door glass broke. Now on the new one which is about 1.5 years old, the top cracked while cooking. Not to confident with this stove.

Cookware with rough bottoms being used or coarse particles (salt or sand) being between the cookware and the surface of the cooktop can create small scratches. LOVE OUR NEW STOVE
We replaced our 15-year-old GE stove with this new GE stove after our old stove's oven died a week before Thanksgiving. GE products are great. This new stove is very similar to our old one and is working super well. We love it.

Great glass top!
I love everything about this stove. I had the same model, only 12 years older, in my condo. That’s why I bought another one! I love the big/small burner and of course the even cooking, and easy clean up!

Top keeps breaking
I have one year with this range and is the 3 time I have to replace the top glass because it cracks while cooling.

Disappointed
Missing dual element bake :(
The only reason i bought this product is to use broiler and oven same time but i was disappointed.

Hello,
Thanks for reviewing your range. We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed, and for any confusion. Your unit comes with dual element bake. Foods are surrounded top and bottom with heat because both the bake and broil elements heat alternately when baking. This top and bottom heating produces uniform browning and fast oven preheating. When preheating the oven, the range measures the oven temperature for accurate preheat results rather than using a timed preheat.
