Really love the features and the double oven. The touchpad prompts are really clear and love the subtle sounds. Everything cooks well and my baked goods turn out perfectly.

I have had it for a year. I love the look. However front burner is not heating after using it for a year.

Covers everything from a heating area to a convection oven and is easy to use. Needs a 4-prong electrical outlet. Manual is online, but would have been nice if it came with a printed one.

This product doesn’t work. The bottom oven can’t be used without overheating the entire oven and then it shuts down completely. I’ve had this oven since December and have yet to be able to use it as advertised.

I’ve bought and used several different types and brands of stoves over the last 50 years, and this one is my absolute favorite. It’s actually faster to heat than gas, infinitely easier to keep clean, provides a clean, uncluttered look to my kitchen that adds counter space, and doesn’t pollute my indoor air quality the way gas stoves do. The oven heats up extremely fast and bakes perfectly evenly. I have a bad back, and one of my favorite features is that the top oven requires much less bending to use. And since we bake very few things that are tall enough to need the lower oven, we use the top one most of the time. I also like how the knobs are good quality, metal instead of plastic, and easy to clean. The touch pad is intuitive to use, and I find myself using the warming spot all the time, which I didn’t expect. I’ve been looking for a fault in this stove and, after extensive use, haven’t found one yet. I just wish I’d bought one years ago.

Electronics panel dropped inside and is laying down inside the stove away from the glass window after just 2 months. Had other GE kitchen products for 10+ years with no issues.

I love the ease of use and all of the extra features. The air fryer wasn’t really on my “needs” list for a new range. However, I have loved using it!

We live our new stove!!! Great add to our kitchen. Only down side is I had to move my plug a bit lower to move it all the way against the wall!!! Can’t wait till turkey time to have everything hot and burning stuff!!!

Smooth delivery yesterday. Did burn-in and checked everything out. First night baked potato in upper over @400F about an hour. Followed using the broiler. As I waited for the broiler to preheat a bad buzzing vibration began like it switched on. The buzzing vibration traveled through the cook-top and rear strip vent shroud. Just as suddenly the vibration quit when the internal cooking fan shut off about an hour later. Today, slid the Range out. Verified dimensions of the range and the counter spot and checked level, then repositioned. I repeated the same cooking situation with the same vibrating results. Again it stopped when the fan quit. I hate to think this is just the beginning.....

The double oven is great, and the variable-sized elements on the stove-top are very useful. I'm looking forward to using other features that I haven't even tried yet, like the proving and air fry settings.

Easy to use, clean, and sleek and stylish with the dials up front!!! I love the fast boil and have already baked a beautiful cake, broiled off a pasta dish, and air fried pork chops!! Only had it two weeks and can’t say enough about this stove! Love it!!

I am giving a fair rating as we were extremely disappointed with the installation of this electric range as we were left by your installers without a working range. We had to hire an electrician who found that the range had been incorrectly wired and thus kept tripping our breaker. He had to rewire it. Since it has been working we have been very happy with it, but not with your service!

Two buttons do not work and GE can find no one to service it. Would like to exchange it but it took 6 months to receive this one.

Love the two ovens. The smaller oven preheats quickly and is used most of the time which saves energy. The stove top cleans up easily and is very attractive. Great stove for the holidays! Easy to understand controls.

I love it cooks evenly. Very roomy for a double oven.

We use the small oven constantly and the ability to select the burner size is great. I can now cook meals at different temps and have had no issues using any of the features. Overall glad I made this purchase

We love the features and how easy it is to use. This is the perfect appliance for those with only 2 - 3 in their household. It's great to be able to use the air fry feature and a smaller baking oven when needed.

It was so nice and convenient to have two, highly functional ovens, when entertaining at Thanksgiving and other large gatherings. Easy operation.

It’s been great so far and the double oven is perfect for our home. Fit perfectly and it has very nice fit and finish.

Well my new stove just got installed today. Hopefully, it will be as reliable as GE appliances usually are. I had a Samsung stove and it was horrible. I can't wait to start baking again.

Had it about a month and the racks were flaking off their finish. Cannot seem to get a spot off the bottom. Have used suggested cleaner and it doesn't clean it up.

Love this range! It heats up quickly and works great. The top oven vents out the back on the left side and the bottom one vents out on the right. The dual burners on the front make it nice because you can m or both small and larger pans. I highly recommend this range.

Very pleased with this double oven. Great on holidays with a roast in the lower oven & sides in the upper oven. What a difference this makes!! The air fryer in the lower oven is an added feature I didn't expect to like but use it regularly for cooking bacon & french fries quickly. The cook top also has lots of features that I never had before, including two burners that can support small pans/pots or large ones and one burner dedicated to heating water quickly. Even has a warming burner.

I thoroughly enjoy many things about the unit (ease of use, features/functionality, location of the controls, very attractive etc). After using the unit 1 time - it became inoperable. I learned the motherboard must be replaced. You can only imagine my disappointment. The store, where I purchased the unit, mentioned they were told by GE that the issue, I'm having, is a known issue and the remedy is as mentioned above (motherboard). I explained how my home is under a total renovation and I have no other options by which to cook. Not sure if my expectations are too high - but I learned I have to wait a week before a technician can get to my home and fix a unit that I've had less than 2 weeks. This means throwing out groceries I purchased AND having to bring meals home. I do not give bad reviews and I've given thought of how to share my experience here while being fair. If I can get this unit working reliably - I'm sure I will be pleased with my selection and my rating would be higher. CAUTION - the GE consumer relations rep I spoke with was uniquely nasty.

This is the second one delivered, first one had major problems that couldn't be fix. Just received the second one which I think is a Gen2 of the product. So far it seems to have a couple of glitches, so we're keeping an eye on it.

We just had it installed today and it went quick and smoothly. My wife loves it. It has so many more options and features compared to our old range. Does show fingerprints but that was expected.

Love style; big silver knobs and door handles give range a professional chef look. Top oven great for elderly persons who don’t enjoy bending way down. Still have lower oven for occasional big bird or roast. I’m 100% satisfied with this GE purchase!
