No matter the size of the load, the final spin cycle leaves me with soggy clothes on the bottom. It’s just two of us, both senior citizens so not a lot of laundry. I though GE was better that this. Never again.

So far this top loader is working great. Cleans and spins well and no messing with gasket and smell like our previous front loader. Quiet. We love it and price was very good.

Love my washer. Went from a top load with no agitator back to a top load with agitation. Had gotten used to the clothes being less wet. This one spins the clothes very well. I love all the cycles it has too.

My 'maiden load' was 5 towels and after using an impeller washer for just one year or so, this washer with agitator is outstanding. It's a nice basic washer. I loaded it and left it. With an impeller washer I had to monitor the spin cycles because towels, jeans and blankets could cause the washer to go off balance so I'd have to pause the cycle and rearrange the items in the washer. It was just a pain. This washer has a precise fill option but I probably would only use it for light regular loads like colors and whites. I haven't tried it yet but I didn't care for that precise fill in an impeller washer either. I'm just so happy to have an agitator washer. And for a 4.2 the tub is pretty big.

Just got this washing machine and so far so good. Has everything we need no bells and whistles just the basics and the laundry comes out fresh and clean. Good choice.

The washer and dryer are light weight compared to other brands. The washer has a very large wash basket and both are more sleek as well to fit better in small spaces. The features are great.

It's a great machine in my opinion there is four adults and a 7 year old little girl in my apartment, and all our clothes get washed in this machine. Let me tell you three of them are females and they got clothes and do they wash them every time something hits the floor even if it hasn't been worn just came out the washer. The thing basically runs 24/7. Recently though for the large sensor got messed up now I replaced really lock and sensor but I'm not sure what's wrong I can get it to go to rinse it then it stops it won't lock and go into spin mode I don't know how to figure out what's wrong with it if I could figure this out without having to have someone come fix it for me I would say it's a five star machine.

Nice large capacity but doesn't spin as dry as old machine did. Came with ONLY a five foot drain hose so had to go buy a longer hose before installing. Very disappointed with that!

Loved this washer..just quit on me after 3 yrs..wont spin nor wash..its like the motor is tryn but it wont.do nothing..water will run in and drain out after 15 min but thats all

I absolutely love my my GE wash machine. So quite and easy to use.

I recently stated a cabin that had this washer and dryer set that were the same and I was super impressed by how quickly it cleaned the laundry, but also how well it cleaned the laundry it took half of the time or less than what my fancy Samsung Machine takes. It has less settings which is fine because I generally only use one setting on the other one anyway and I can also use the deep fill, which really wasn’t an option with my fancy Samsung so I really really like this washing machine and I would recommend it to anyone it’s fast efficient and cleans the clothes amazingly and it’s also priced very very well.

I love the size of this washer. However after owning it for under a year the middle part where the softener goes. I know longer use. It gets gunky and slimy and I cleaned it out and after six months again it looked like mold in it. It's like slimy lint. Now after heavy cleaning. I'm getting brown specs of something that must be coming from the barrel or around where I can't clean it. I'm going to purchase the cleaner they recommend. But I've used washer tablets and it didn't matter. Just frustrated.

So torn on how to rate this. First load of clothes was noisy and started rocking on spin cycle. Next load I had to open it to readjust clothes. Reading reviews this is a common problem on most brands. Companies now make crap and charge more for it. It's not right!
