We recommend resetting your dishwasher by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. Overall a great dishwasher!
Love our new dishwasher. We didn't need a new one but could not pass up the price for the features this offers. The third rack is a game changer giving us more space for other items on the other two. We also love the wifi feature to see how much we have saved and are able to mess with the settings.

Leaked and ruined floor after less than 2 years
After less than 1 year, the sound dampening material in the door started falling out of the door. GE repair tech explained that they use an adhesive to stick this black material to the inside of the door, and as the adhesive melts, the material slides down, then opening the door breaks pieces off. While he was out, I mentioned the pump seemed to be loud, he replaced that as well. It seemed to work fine for almost another year, and then it started leaking (I think at the pump). Floor is ruined.

Best wash
I love this new dishwasher. We had a profile that lasted over 13 years which I loved and this one is even better if that is possible! Highly recommended

My dishes come out clean which was most important. The unit is very quiet. The unit gets very hot. But the wheels continue to fall off the rack on a regular basis. This is a flaw that needs to be fixed because to install a sleeve of wheels on a rack of dirty dishes can be a mess.

So far so good. This appliance has only been installed a couple of wks. We've run a full cycle perhaps 2-3 times. Extremely quiet unit. Very happy so far.

Nice dishwasher for the price.
Easy to install once we figured out how to remove the wood base from the packaging. Love the wifi features it came with! It is a little louder than we anticipated but not something that would be a deal breaker.

I was shipped the incorrect dishwasher originally, and the installers did not know what they were doing. I finally got the correct dishwasher,, and the installers were great, but Home Depot screwed up, and they did not issue an order for the incorrect dishwasher to be picked up when the correct one was installed. I had that incorrect dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen for 2 weeks before Home Depot came and picked it up. There was no directions or instructions that came with the dishwasher, so I pretty much have learned on my own. I had my previous GE Profile dishwasher for 14 years before replacing it with this dishwasher. The quality is nothing like the old dishwasher. I will be lucky if this dishwasher lasts me 5 years, if that.

Dishwasher washes our dishes
We bought this to clean our dirty dishes. We put our dirty dishes and dishwasher detergent inside, turn on the power and this dishwasher washes our dishes.

Works for a while then just dies
I bought 2 of these and absolutely loved them… until they just died. After about 18 months, both of them died within a month of each other. The electronics, display, buttons etc just won’t power up. I checked the circuit breaker and made sure there’s power to the dishwasher. DW is just dead. Pretty disappointing. If you want something to last, look elsewhere.

Old Ge finally went dead!
Finally replaced my old GE wanted a similar model so install would be easy. It was and new one works great. Hopefully it lasts a while as the new appliances just don’t last like the old ones but I am hopeful.
