So far I love my dishwasher. Super quiet!! Love the bottle jets.

I consider this particular mode to be an Excellent value! Extremely quiet. Nice features. But, the lower dish rack height is a little on the short side, not being able to fit our dinner plates without bumping the rotating spray bar above. I just hope the quality of this dishwasher holds up as long as our last GE dishwasher of over 30 years.

Love the display that shows when the dishwasher is washing, drying and finally clean. Love the extra sprayers for the silverware and the bottle sprayers.

Delivery went well, except for the secure bracketing. What a cluster! No fault of the delivery team or anything I could have been prepared for. However the securing brackets are on the top of the machine which left no other way than to secure them into a trim piece visible for the whole world to see. If not secured it would rock when in operation. This brings me to the noise level of this machine, 42 dba ? I’m not sure of this as an accurate statement. My old piece of crap dishwasher was far more quiet and barely ever heard. The new model is far more noisy and quite annoying. Could I return the machine, sure… but it would be more of a headache than just dealing with this disappointment. I thought I had done my research and homework with my available choices living in rural Oregon, however I believe I failed myself in this choice.

Love the many new features on this new dishwasher. The third rack for silverware makes more room available on the lowest level. Adjustable tines are great. Really like the programming options for wash and dry and setting the delayed start!

The dishwasher does okay washing but all of the parts are so cheaply made. I have already had to buy replacement lower wheels for the bottom rack three times in less than 18 months because they fall off midwash and melt in the bottom of the machine. Now, the bottom arm that spins around to wash the lower dishes is also falling apart and makes a flapping sound when the machine is running. All of the inside parts are extremely cheap plastic. I'm very disappointed in this purchase.

After a few weeks of use, most of the time, it cleans beautifully, but on occasion, one or two of the items is not cleaned fully.

Extremely quite machine. Having both a silverware tray on top as well as the lower caddy is very convenient. Wish the lower dish rack had a bit more clearance. Our stoneware plates don't quit clear the spray bar above.

Replaced the pump at three years. Control panel went out last month. They put QR codes on the big parts to buy new parts because they know they’re building junk

Had this dishwasher for a couple of months now. Truly love it .. my only complaint is the controls are funky .. mainly start button. It say hold three seconds to cancel but it doesn’t seem to do that. Otherwise I truly love the dishwasher.

Product installed, installer turned on the make sure it worked ran for 5 min. I load it up and try to run it and get an error code trf which means the electrical board is bad. Not happy at all

Got this unit in April 2020, the door never really closed right. Need to apply a little pressure, to push it to the side, to get it to close. Nov 2022, it dumped water which put a solid 2 gallons or more in my basement, the fix was a 30 dollar part. Oct 2023, similar issues. Dumped water again but a 20 dollar part took 2 months to receive. Worked for 5 days, now it won't bring in water and runs for hours without doing anything. Also,the wifi won't work to run diagnostics in the app.

The dishwasher does everything I needed and then some. It is super quiet. It has a fan that is part of a Microban technology that keeps the insides clean smelling and free of bacteria. The controls are conveniently located and logical to use. The dishes come out very clean, and I like the third shelf for large utensils and the special spouts for cleaning sport bottles. I highly recommend the GE Profile dishwasher.

There was no information on how to use and adjust the racks. We previously owned a GE dishwasher, and it did not have the thin, third upper shelf for "flatware / utensils". It would have been helpful to have guidelines on how to use the upper shelf. I know it can be removed but why have it at all? Plus, you cannot put stemmed wine glasses anywhere with this upper shelf. Also, and more annoying: The lower rack tines are straight in the front row so when you put plates in, they fall over like dominoes. The back row tines have a bend in them to prevent this but that's where the bowls fit. My previous dishwasher had bends in all tines and was much easier to load.

Cleans well and has a large capacity with plenty of options for arranging dishes etc. Lots of useful features such as jets, dry boost, and ultra fresh. Very versatile with sanitize mode. Only drawback is bottom rack which does not go in/out smoothly: there’s a bump which causes plates to move.

Learning curve on how to load this unit compared to old unit. Like the third shelf of flat utensils. Having figure out where to place taller items!!

This dishwasher is pretty but oh, so sensitive and the run cycles are much longer than our previous one. Because of where the controls are if you open the door you often end up hitting a button and then you have to cancel the cycle-if you can as the cancel rarely works. So, for a time you hear beeps until the machine resets on its own. Even a short cycle will take well over an hour. So far it seems to clean well though the water never seems very hot.

So far we love everything about this dishwasher, quietness, it’s cleaning abilities, and looks.

I am enjoying my new, super quiet, GE Ptofile dishwasher. Our old GE dishwasher did not have some of the amazing features this model has. The third rack has really helped me get more items into a load and is my favorite feature. The dedicated silverware keys and glass jets make me feel that everything is spotlessly clean! I’m also liking the fact that it has a pocket handle, as our old one had a handle that blocked one of our drawers from opening, unless the dishwasher was open. There’s a cute little song when the cycle is done and I am notified on the Smart HQ app that the cycle is done as well. Overall I’m completely HAPPY I chose this dishwasher.

Very effective at cleaning Lots of options for fitting dishes, glasses and utensils. The jets under the silverware basket are genius. The bottle washing nozzles seem like a good idea but there really isn’t enough room to fit a water bottle, even with the third rack removed.

Awful & I hate it! Aside from two service calls within one year preventing water from diverting to the jets and cleaning the dishes, the racks are flawed. They don’t fit dishes well and it couldn’t be more frustrating. A decent company would replace the unit after multiple issues when under warranty.

This dishwasher gets dishes clean but it has a major design flaw. When you pull out the bottom rack, the wheel assembly falls off. Every. Single. Time.

LOVE this dishwasher. Bottle jets and top silverware rack are such a convenience! Cleans and dries dishes completely.

Great and spacious dishwasher. It runs very quietly and the keep-fresh feature has prevented any weird smells developing.
