Horrible Installation by HD contractor - Noisy
The entire unit is out of square and I have to to tug the racks to move them. They damaged our floor. The insulation is see-through. The decibel reading is close to 60. I don't know how much of that is from the poor installation or the lack of insulation. The installers said this was the best they could do (see photos). The other GE was installed perfectly (i have photos), so no excuse. The installers today pulled and twisted the door to try to make it look better. HD is replacing.

So quiet and spacious!
I’ve been living with an early 1990’s dishwasher for the past 20 years. This GE dishwasher is super quiet! My partner didn’t even know I was running it. The bottle jets and adjustable upper rack are game changers. Bravo GE!

Very good quality and easy install
The GE dishwasher looks amazing installed. The install was very straightforward and the instructions were very good on getting everything going! The first wash was so much fun :-) and was extremely quiet compared to my old appliance. I have GE washer/dryer and they have held up for years so you cannot go wrong with this one, especially the profile series!

Absolutely garbage that damaged my wood floor
My dishwasher stopped cleaning during thanksgiving week and realized the dishwasher is leaking and my floor under the dishwasher is flooded with greased water. It is so disgusting as the water accumulated for weeks before I realized there is a problem with the 2 year old dishwasher. The problem is actually a busted rubber elbow connecting the pump to the dishwasher. To replace it, you need to buy a whole pump set at more than 100 bucks despite that the elbow is a stand-alone rubber piece.

Broken parts within two weeks
Like most things these days, too many cheap plastic parts. The plastic connector that attaches the 2nd level basket to the slides broke apart and the basket is falling out. Hopefully they will send replacement, but the inconvenience is frustrating.
It does clean well, and is quiet, but I do have questions about durability.

Outstanding dishwasher! This dishwasher is an upgrade from my old dishwasher that was constantly breaking down. This new GE dishwasher has so many helpful features. It is very easy to use and looks so sleek in my kitchen! I’m sure it will be a great dishwasher for many years to come!

I'm very happy with my purchanse:)
I love the third rack, the ease of the upper and lower racks slide, the stainless steel tub, the water jets under the silverware basket. It's ultra quiet throughout the whole wash cycle. Dishes are very dry when using the dryer boost setting.

Worse product ever
We got this dishwasher and of course it felt apart the minute the guarantee was up. The wheels of the bottom tray come off every time we try to fill the dishwasher. The whole trays comes off. The plastic appears to be of poor quality. One of the wheels even melted down. How can that be possible? I am not happy with this product at all!! We got it about 3!years ago when remodeling our kitchen and very disappointed with the quality of this product. Enclosing a pic of the wheel found at the bottom of the dishwasher half melted!!!

Disappointed
The biggest complaint is it leaves dishes wet after dry cycle have to towel dry everything and inside stays wet . I seen mixed reviews , I should of listened now I paid a lot of money and already have issues with a month use.

Smaller interior. Poor design
Racks are designed poorly. Dinner and salad plates no longer fit Side by side. Had to remove top rack so bowls would fit in the second rack. If second rack is lowered the wash arm hits the plates on the third rack. Saucer plates will no longer fit in the second rack as they fall to the side so they also have to go on the bottom rack. The silverware holder is also smaller. The 14-year-old GE Profile that I had had at least seven arms to keep plates in place. If my old rack would have fit in the new dishwasher I would have put it in so obviously it's a smaller design even if it's by inches. You can't save energy or water if you're having to wash more loads because you cannot fit as many dishes in it

Cleans exceptionally well
This dishwasher does a fantastic job cleaning my cups and dishes and it is pretty quiet and easy to use. We took the top rack out because we wanted more height for the middle rack. So glad I purchased this dishwasher!

Clean dishes, fair racks
I love that my new dishwasher cleans the dishes so well. It's also whisper quiet. I do wish, however, that the racks, especially the top one, had more supports underneath the dishes. The glasses fall over when you open the drawer, and I've already broken a glass. There's just not much support for them and they tip easily.

Quality Dishwasher with Many Features
A quality dishwasher in design, features and build. Disappointed that the first dishwasher I received was damaged. Also disappointed the dishwasher does not fit properly in the 24"space that's standard for dishwashers. Not able to install the rubber strips on either side to cover the gaps and brackets.

Quiet, dishes come out clean
I love the dishwasher. It is quiet and like the features like dry boost. The plastic dishes do not have water on them anymore. Looks good too. Installation was quick. First delivery had an issue and the replacement was sent quickly.

Missing simple features
Overall a very good product. I found this piece inside the washer after the first run. Hmmm. It is missing a couple of nice features that my 14 year old washer had, ie wine glasses stem holders in the rack, and clips that hold container lids etc. very quiet and has good cycle selection. The top rack is very good for silverware and frees up the baskets for spatulas etc.
