Mode Selection Dial Remains Lit
Recently purchased, but already dealing with a nagging issue where the wash mode dial selector lights all stay on. So as I am turning the dial I cannot tell which mode is selected since they are all lit. I have to power cycle the machine to get the the lights to turn off and it works again. However after several hours it reverts back to all lights lit…super frustrating.

    Love the tangle option
    This machine washers clothes great! However, the fact that does NOT have a simple chime when load is finished washing is appalling. The fact that a signal has to be through a phone or an Alexa is ludicrous! The fact many people want the simple way of doing things, and does not want to use technology!

          I cannot believe how BAD this set is.
          I purchased the GE profile washer and dryer in Navy. Upon delivery, the washer would not utilize cold water, at all. The unit wouldn't fill properly. Called pronto and they sent a replacement a week later. This unit shakes and bangs around on spin even though its level. Same problem water regulation. Can't set the temp to cold, only warm or hot. The dryer squeals so loudly I can hear it outside. Home Depot and GE wont take a return. HORRIBLE experience with both GE and Home Depot.

                  Beware of the washer and dryer
                  My wife and I bought the GE Profile washer and dryer set. First, I believe we used the washer maybe 4 or 5 times and it stopped spinning leaving a tub full of water. A repairman came out, tested it and said the computer is out and he "ordered the part and will be back in 7 or 8 days to exchange it". Mind you, it was used only 4 or 5 times and stopped working. The few times it did work it is extremely loud while washing. In addition to that, the dryer does not dry very well. We've had to dry the loads at least twice to dry the clothes and then hang them overnight to completely dry and "No, we did not overload the dryer". I am totally and completely aggravated with myself and if I knew what i know now, I would have bought GE. So that being said, if either machine breaks down I am going to have them loaded opn my pickup and return them and get a refund. GE may be a good brand, but you couldn't prove it by me. Again, stay away from GE or you'll be sorry.

                      Appearance looks amazing but today is my 3rd day of doing loads in the new washer and it makes sooo much noise like it’s about to break down, I don’t see when the detergent is also being used I’ve seen it spend 10mins on just water, agitator rotating ?! Sorta confused here. For the price of these PROFILE I would have expected better quality. Or is mine just the loud one? 🤔 if it sounds the same, totally gonna have to return these and get my money back.

                          This washer was recommended to Us by the retailer and it was supposed to be great quality but it’s horrible. It’s loud, bangs, seems like low quality, cheap parts. I never overload it and follow all guidelines and it’s sounds like it’s going to fall apart

                            worst machine ever- dont buy
                            I had high hopes for this machine since we srw a family of 5. I can say this is the worst washer ive ever owned. With just 3 towels, the machine walks across the laundry room from bot being able to balance itself. It wakes up everyone and sits in ifle untill someone comes and magically balances the unit. Its god awfull. I wish GE would come take it back

                                  Not a good machine
                                  My product is brand new and features already do not work. The smart dispense is not working at all. Also the temperature options don’t really make sense. The “warm” option should be in-between cold and hot- but when I feel the water temp it always feels cold unless all the way on the hottest option. It is load and becomes unbalanced very easily.                                     It Never Showed Up
                                    Don't bother ordering one as it will never show up. GE/HD randomly makes up delivery days and then changes them without any sort of notice or reason given. Customer support can't give any information besides "It's coming" and won't do anything to expedite one showing up sooner. GE/HDF, it has been two months. Mark the machine as backordered and stop taking orders.

                                        Love the color, dusty blue. working thru the different cycles. Owner manual is a little vague on the different cycles and cycle information and on how to basically use the machine. Lots of guessing and pushing buttons. Need a more detailed explanation and not something you download on your phone. Othersise it does a great job, lot of noises when it is going from wash to rinse to spin.

                                          Off Balance constantly
                                          I am ready to get rid of this GE washer and buy a new one even though it is only a couple months old. Blankets, towels and even a set of sheets throws this thing off balance to the point it rocks back and forth on the floor. I have tried towel settings, normal, quick wash nothing helps. So terribly disappointed in this product. I have to pause it and set it to rinse/spin to finish the cycle. I hate to even begin to put a load of laundry in at this point. I do not recommend this product.

                                              Worst washer ever. This is the second one within 5 months. Same issue as with the first one drum is banging so load and the cloths were soaked at the end of the cycle. Plus the detergent drawer is filled with water after the cycle ends. Waste of energy, water and my time for all the repair calls.
