We were not aware that you need special cookware for the burners to work. If we would have known we would never purchase this type of stove. Very disappointed!

I love it that I don’t have to wait forever for my pans to warm up. I found it easy to connect my Wi-Fi. It’s really quite simple to figure out what temperature to use to cook things. The controls are so quick to respond that you can dial in the correct temperature very quickly. I have only been using this for one week, but I have had nothing burn onto the cooktop surface, a simple wipe up with soapy water has kept the cook top very clean. There is no comparison between this, and my old gas, cooktop or radiant cooktop, induction is far better in every way.

Love the induction cooking times, clean look and wifi connections. Also connected to Alexa.

Nice big numbers, Easy to use and see controls on top instead of front, Good variety of burners, Love the warm burner, Oven cooks evenly without hot spots. Have not set up wifi yet and used the smart feature but when I lean forward to stir the back burners, I somehow turn off the front burner and it says wifi not enabled??? Has happened several times. Really enjoying this stove much more than the old glass top stove with radiant burners. Boils water in 60 seconds..yeah!

Love the features. The burners are great they heat up and cool down very fast, better control when cooking. Air fryer feature is awesome can fry so much more than a small appliance. Can’t wait to use more features

We’ve been using this range for about a month and we love it. It’s honestly the best range we’ve ever owned. The induction stovetop is amazing. I boil water in a teapot for my morning coffee, and it comes to a boil incredibly fast. The amount of temperature control you have on the induction stovetop makes it so easy to cook eggs, grilled cheese, etc. We’re hooked on induction! We baked an 11 lb ham for Christmas and it turned out perfect. I used the oven probe and the SmartHQ Android app to monitor the temperature and set an alarm @ 135F. The alarm worked great and the ham was excellent. We haven’t tried the air fry feature yet, but not sure how much we’d use that feature anyway. The stovetop is very easy to clean, and we clean the cooktop after each use. You need to follow the instructions and buy a good glass cooktop cleaner. The touch controls are convenient and easy to use. The stove looks great in our kitchen. The design is sleek and it fit perfectly in the 30” slot. So far, we are more than satisfied with the design and quality of this stove.

We are loving this new induction range! Installation was a breeze as it slid right into the slot previously occupied by our GE Profile Gas range (20 years old)! We were a little worried that induction cooking would be inferior to our gas experience but really the opposite. Uninformed naysayers tried to persuade that it was hard to regulate heat but that was complete bunk. It doesn’t say “precision cooking” for nothing. This thing has really surpassed our expectations and recommend it without reservations.

BEAUTIFUL, range!! Love everything about it! Easy to clean, powerfully quick induction stove! Accurate even cooking in the oven. And it doesn't put off tons of extra heat like my old gas range!! Been using it almost a month so will hopefully love it just as much in 10 years or more!

Bottom drawer did not slow close and was out of alignment got it replaced but the second one was also out of alignment checked the display at store and it was also mis aligned

I cannot express my total appreciation for moving the range into the future with affordable induction cooking and computerized controls. His range is easy to use and captures excellent human interface. The range cooks food quickly and controllably with accurate selection of temperatures. I never knew how much fun it was to use a cooking range.

Clean, beautiful and modern look. Easy to install and a perfect fit. My kitchen looks fantastic, and the features are incredible.

Room for improvement. This is my second induction stove and I prefer my prior stove over this one, it was from a different manufacturer. First the element controls are not consistent between elements, what is barely hot on one is way too hot on another. Also the highest setting to boil water is frustrating, it cycles on and off, I have to manually bump temperature back and forth to get it to come to a roiling boil. My old stove had a numeric system for element control and had a power boil feature. Second, anything splashing onto the control panel sends it into a snit, turning on features you don't want. So during cooking you have to wipe down the controls and turn everything off and then continue cooking. Give me mechanical controls over touch sensitive. Third, I could not access air fry without an internet connection. How stupid. Air fry doesn't work any better than convection bake, I tried both. Fourth, all the features that require wifi are just not necessary. For the price point GE should have included ball bearing oven rack, I miss that from my prior stove. What it does well - instant heat control and mess cleanup during cooking, something all induction cooktops do. Zero clearance installation is great, creates a more streamlined appearance for an old kitchen. Flush to countertop not so nice, would prefer stove top to overlap to cover uneven gaps. Kit sold to fill gap ridiculously expensive. Just a one year warranty, but they are willing to sell you an extended protection plan, no thanks. It's an expensive product, just provide a nice warranty to begin with.

Stove surface was marred after first use! Our remodeled kitchen finally was done enough to use the stove and two front eyes were used. One for simply boiling water, the other for sauce. Neither pot was dragged or slid around other than stirring the sauce. The boiling water was only placed or removed. VERY disappointing and frustrating for this to happen after the first use.

Great product. However, there are room for improvement: * The control panel is too easy to get dirty, and too difficult to cleanup. * The door is still misaligned. * The surface glass is also difficult to cleanup.

Just a tap of a pot in the right spot and you'll be looking at a $600 + part. Horrible design flaw. Others have had same issue but buried in good reviews. Don't know if it was a due to shipping or a quality control problem but I hardly bumped it and bang, glass everywhere.

Beautiful appliance. This induction stove heats as fast as gas. Also heats down as fast as gas. It is super easy to keep clean as nothing sticks to the stove top. Bonus the oven is also an airfryer. You do need induction cookware.

We love the Profile Indiction and Convection Range! It is beautiful, cooks and bake great, and is super easy to clean. I could not ask for anything better!

Disappointed in this appliance. First one arrived with oven non-functioning. Replacement has one burner quitting working within 2 months. I think ge is not quite ready for this one to go to market in 2023. Also, air fryer requires connection to Wi-Fi. On the positive, functioning induction burners are amazing when clean, and oven makes evenly.

It is very attractive, perfect fit in my space. I love the digital controls, no knobs. I printed the manual from the website and easy to read and understand

We have been shopping for an induction range for a year and we settled on the PHS930 Profile and it has lived up to all that we hoped. The touch controls fast and the heating of the pots and pans quick to respond. The cleanup is fast and it polishes up quickly.

Arrived with visible defect - smudges under control panel. Control panel is extremely difficult to keep clean and looking nice...

Everything they told me is true! I cannot state how strongly I LOVE this range. I've never had an induction stove top and I cannot say enough good things about it. It is everything you like about gas and electric with none of the downsides (like death from gas leaks or explosions or burners that don't give you control). It heats everything twice as fast as my old electric but works better than my old gas stove in every way. It cools off quickly and when I adjust the power, it changes immediately. It is more efficient so I use it for less time and also use less power (level 5 or 6 instead of 10) which makes it even more efficient. It boils 500ml of water in about two minutes. I use this range multiple times per day and every time I use it, it makes me so happy. My happiness extends to the oven. Three racks and a convection oven are great. The oven heats very quickly and stays hot a long long time. Even the oven light works great and illuminates everything inside so I don't need to open the door. I absolutely love this range.

Love the stove itself but the bottom warmer drawer came in defective. The hardware used to attach the drawer itself is very low quality

This range is a dream come true! Very sleek and efficient!

We've only had it for about a month, but it's been great so far. It's fast, and compared to our previous gas range, much easier to clean. It also 'talks' to our GE Profile microwave, automatically turning on the exhaust fan when needed.
