Awesome appliance, love that it fits a cali king comforter and washes it completely. The WiFi feature is great as well. Washes everything I put in it and they run quite.

The product is good so far. The only issue is the fact that you have to balance your clothes when placing in the washer and it’s a bit noisy when it’s changing cycle.

Change my old washer for the new 5.4 profile and this is the best choice to go

Love all the features on my new washer. The tub is huge. No issues cleaning a king size comforter. I added the app to my alexa and I'm alerted when my clothes are almost done, when they are done and if they are still sitting in the washer.

I’m really loving this GE washer I’m just praying it will last me longer than 3 1/2 years. That’s the last washer I had. It was a Maytag and it only lasted 3 1/2 years which is ridiculous since we don’t overrun it or abuse it at all but heard things good things about GE so I’m praying for the best. The only thing I don’t like about the GE is the color I had to get the gray because to get the white I would’ve had to wait weeks and I didn’t wanna wait at already been without a washer for a couple weeks so needed it quickly and all they had in stock. Were these gray ones but it does work well so far anyway and I love that it doesn’t have the agitator. It just has the sensor so that works really well and I was worried about getting a smart washer but all in all it’s doing great.

We have used our washer 2x and are amazed by the new technology. We have owned and used older washer and dryers. My family is happy with the outcome of use.

Please do not buy this washer and dryer set. I thought being a GE profile washer it would be fantastic. The set was bought 2 months ago. It is eating our clothes, causing white residue all over our clothes, and greasy looking spots as well. Our clothes look dirtier coming out of the washing machine than going in. It also makes them a wrinkled mess. I am so disappointed in GE. I can only now MAYBE get a replacement but I DONT want to replace it with the same washer and dryer. Beyond frustrating!!

I'm a huge fan of GE appliances. I've replaced my washer after 27 years of use. The washer is still functioning. I was simply looking to upgrade my appliances. I'm looking forward to using the SmartHQ app.

I gave this a 1-star because I couldn't go any lower - nothing to do with HD, but everything to do with GE. My washer is two different colors. The top is blue and the bottom is gray. My washer was replaced from the store where I bought it once and the second washer came exactly like the first. They told me not to be surprised if that happened - and it did. I've been on the phone multiple times with GE & they will not do anything because they say it is cosmetic. It is unacceptable.

I love the large drum for clothes. I can do twice as much at a time. The only thing I don’t like is that it programs back to hot water always when you turn it on and spin speed is on low settings

Love how huge it is and how many clothes I can fit in! Does an amazing job with washing as well!

I should have practiced in the store reaching the bottom of the machine. Seems that either I am much shorter than when I purchased my last washer or they are being made so mych deeper than before! I need a grabber to retrieve my laundry from the bottom of the drum!

We love this washer. So many great cycles and it’s works great. Very spacious allowing for us to not do as many load. Also, our set it on the second floor. The last set used to shake the house however this is so much quieter.

So far after 10 usages we are much happier have a GE washer over the junk Maytag we had prior.

Its a beautiful machine and we love how easy it is to use for us and the kids.

I got my new GE washer & dryer yesterday. I immediately washed 4 loads of clothes & can’t believe how much brighter my colored clothes came out. Amazing!

Only have had this for 2 weeks but so far I absolutely love it. One thing I couldn't find addressed in manual was if power has been disrupted for any length of time the power to washer will come on but won't work. Just unplug & plug back in.!

I love the look of this washer. So many options to get the laundry clean. It's real quiet as well.
