The breaker was defective. I have to return it and exchange for a good one.

This one is not up to date.. it still a bulky breaker with sloted screw terminal, an old fashion style and more prone to heat at the terminal since it is difficult to optain the proper torque.. GE should consider to redesign it, at least for the terminal type..

Works as expected! This had the wrong breaker in, 30 amp.
Changed to 20 amp, works great and is protected now!
