The instructions warn the new owner that the washer sounds and behaves unlike their previous washing machine. True. It figures out the right amount of water for the load. The suggestions about various types of loads are spot on. By following those notes even a male such as I who often ignores reading the manual, has bright and spotless loads every Saturday. And the dryer, not to be outdone, quietly and smoothly goes about its work of getting all those clothes, sheets, towels and etc. ready for use again.

I have an upright washer/dryer combo. It’s compact yet it satisfys all my washing needs. It has all the load settings with 5 different water settings😁. The dryer has more options to dry your clothes. Only thing I don’t like it’s a bit noisy. Overall I don’t regret my choice.

Great Upgrade so far it's working well I love it! It has so many more features than the one I purchased 8 years ago. It does seem a little smaller than my older model.

I had this stacked washer and dryer for 4 years and I always missing 1, or 2 items after a wash. I was blaming my wife for misplacing them. For the last 3-4 months the washer was making a squeaking noise. Today I took the front panel off to see where the noise is coming from and I was amazed to find all my missing clothes stuffed at the bottom of the unit, right between the front panel, the belt and the electric motor. Some how the clothes are thrown out from the drum at washing, or spinning cycle. This is a big design flaw! Also I noticed black marks on clothes after washing. I guess they get caught somewhere inside the drum. I am very disappointed with this product. It's a waste of money!

Much quieter than our last unit and just the right size to fit our laundry area and handle the laundry for two people.

great washer dryer combo. Compact unit but able to handle large loads. Has plenty of program options to handle delicates to bulky items. Would recommend this unit to anyone needing a washer dryer with limited space in their home ….

This product has given me so much grief straight out of the box! First new unit, washer stopped working after 3 loads. Replaced with the same unit. Washer stopped working after empty test run. Unbelievably frustrating and inconvenient! Can't believe this! Obviously changing brands.

Trash. Brand new never used and the dryer won’t work. It starts up really loud and runs for 10 seconds then cuts off .

Everything about my stacking washer and dryer are perfect. I love it so far. It is quiet and days quickly.

It's the perfect unit for the space we have available on our first floor laundry room.

Nothing like a new washer and dryer that fit the house and budget. Enough space for a 4 person family with a dog and cat.

I ordered black and this was not black. It stated black on order online, disappointed was expecting black. You need to correct color. However I like the all in one , perfect for me. Just received it and hoping all works well. Going to keep even though not right color, not willing to deal with hassle of color.

Excellent product, it cleans my clothing very well, is effiecent and dries them fast.

We got this after our old one died, and it’s similar…just so much chatter! The controls are nice and easy to use, and the dryer finishing is a nice beep like when a microwave goes off. There’s a lot more room in both the washer and dryer, especially since there’s no activator. We’ve had it since June of 2023, and everything still works perfectly!

Very disappointed in this product. Washer often goes out of balance, there is no notice when load is done, washing process seems weak. Dryer collects alot of lint that remains on the door and seal after load is done and yet clothes seem to still have alot of lint once cycles completed, no notice when load is done, drying process seems weak.

For a stackable washer dryer this unit has as many features as a full size appliance. Four settings for the type of clothes plus five water temperature settings. And the tub even has super size setting and bulky as an option. The dryer has many more settings for the heat temperature than the unit I replaced. The only drawback is the agitator noise but I’ve Cotten used to it.

I purchased this set for space saving purposes. It seems to have the same size capacity as my previous. Very very pleased!! Thank you

We bought this product and it was delivered on December 9th. When we went to use it for the first time it filled with a little water then quit. We then smelled burnt wires, the motherboard blew. GE technician came to fix it and had to put two more different motherboards and it blew the total of three times so now GE wants to replace everything inside the washing machine but there’s a part on back order and they do not know when it will be in, so I am on hold with this unit sitting in my way and I’ve had to work around it water has been sitting in it since December 12 and I have been without a washer and dryer since the end of November. I just want a refund. I am totally disappointed in this product and I do not trust it even if they do replace parts and it starts to work, how do I know it’s not gonna happen again and then my house catch on fire. I just want my money back and they will not do it. 😡😡

Used washer for the first time since moving in our house a week ago. The washer was loud, banging, moving and making very loud squealing sounds. We r unable to use it in this condition.

Absolutely Love it. Can run both washer and dryer at the same time. Uses less water and Dryer Drys in half the Time. Always Love GE products and Always will.

This unit is a godsend for me!! I have a hard time going into the basement where my laundry area was. I bought this washer/dryer combo to be installed in the upstairs of my home. It is so great to have it where I can safely do my laundry!!
