Can you use liquid detergent in this laundry center?
We don't recommend using liquid detergent in the agitator's dispenser, as this part is designed for fabric softener. We recommend adding liquid detergent to the clothes once they have been loaded and distributed around your washer's basket. Can I make the dryer door open from the other side? Is it reversible?
Model GUD27ESPMDG does not have a reversible door swing. The door has a right swing.

How can a soak something in this washer? Every time I try to pause after filling, it either drains slowly or drains fully after 15 minutes. The dryer door also hits me in the head every time; it won’t stay open.
A soak can be achieved on the washer by filling the unit, closing the lid, and pressing the Start/Pause button. With the lid down, the unit will stay filled for 24 hours. If the lid is left up, the washer will drain after 15 minutes. If your dryer door is falling closed, make sure the unit is properly leveled. If the unit is leaning even slightly, it will cause the door to swing.
